Hello, this Panic and this is Sarah, and you are listening to Music, Elixir a podcast between two friends discussing their favorite Asian artists and music. Hello everybody, welcome to another episode of Music Elixir I'm Sarah, and with me is I'm DJ Panic hello everybody.

DJ Panic:

So how's it going?

Sarah:

I'm good Ready for today's hot topic.

DJ Panic:

Yes, today we're talking about singles, yes, so hot topics, I guess right.

Sarah:

Yes not one, but five, five.

DJ Panic:

Different. Well, two, let's see. We have a Japanese group, Then we have a group from Indonesia yes, we do and then we have two solo artists from South Korea.

Sarah:

So yeah, well. And then another Korean artist I do, we do, oh, yes, we do, yeah, yeah, oh yeah okay, three Koreans, one Japanese and the other one Indonesia.

DJ Panic:

I forgot about him.

Sarah:

How could you forget?

DJ Panic:

Because he is also part of a duo, right, so, but this is just his solo, third, solo, as a matter of fact.

Sarah:

Yes third mini album, third mini album.

DJ Panic:

So do we want to go in order? I guess yeah, we could. We're just like talking right away.

Sarah:

We don't even like anyway.

DJ Panic:

So everybody, thank you for listening to this new episode. If you are new to the podcast, welcome. And some episodes we talk about five singles. Also, sometimes we're just dedicated to one artist right.

Sarah:

A whole album or a bunch of singles from an artist?

DJ Panic:

Yes, and some episodes are just us ramble about everything either from our private lives to concerts that we have got news that happened in the music industry from our favorite artists, and some episodes are actually fan driven.

DJ Panic:

Right, yeah, we get requests from people to talk about their favorite artists or group when you can actually If you go down to the show notes, you will find a link where you can actually you can send us a feedback, you can put a questions for us and also, you know, just let us know, hey, talk about songs, so you know, and we'll dedicate an episode on that group Exactly. Or solo artists yes, but, anyways, but I can't wait to talk about this one, because these are pretty good, yeah, pretty good songs.

Sarah:

Oh yeah, they're all had me grooving and moving, Mm hmm, definitely a lot of fun. Shall we jump?

DJ Panic:

I was thinking of doing something, but then of course I'm not prepared, but I will. I will do it for the next singles. Oh, ok, you know so what I wanted to do or maybe I'll just put it out there that for the next episode we will draw a song and that person, so limley, has to talk about that song.

Sarah:

Oh, instead of us taking a, you know, each turn on the song we'll put the names of the songs in like a hat and pick out on Right, and that's your song to talk about Now because you usually do five songs.

DJ Panic:

Right, the fifth song, then we'll talk like each other will have.

Sarah:

We'll talk about it, you know you know, also put ourselves on the spot. Huh, Exactly Something fun. We like to shake it up here once in a while.

DJ Panic:

There's some times that we're like oh, I really look like we will love one song and it's like oh my God, I love this song. Let's leave it to the end. So, like, just spice things up like you may. Like I know you're like we're these songs. And maybe I will pick in and I saw them, lee, talk about it and maybe you'll be like, or vice versa. Like I'm like I wanted to talk about that one. You know that was my jam yeah, Cause I, yeah I wanted to torture ourselves, yeah, Something different you know?

DJ Panic:

Yeah, okay, we'll do it for the next time.

Sarah:

Okay, I'm sorry, oh no.

DJ Panic:

Well, you know, I'm in the same boat, you know no, it's true, that's true. So I think it will be fun. Yeah, oh yeah.

Sarah:

Definitely, Like I said, put ourselves on the spot. Exactly Can be like oh no, I got this song.

DJ Panic:

Cause you know, there was one episode where we I was poo-pooing the lyrics on one and I was like oh man Well we both sort of poo-pooed them.

Sarah:

You just were a lot more vocal about it.

DJ Panic:

Yes, I was.

Sarah:

I was trying to be, you know, sort of middle of the road about it. Well, you know, I'm like no, this is my feelings about it.

DJ Panic:

I can't hide it, anyways. So we want to want to go in order. What's going on when I go in order or you want to?

Sarah:

yeah, no, that's fine.

DJ Panic:

Okay.

Sarah:

That'll be fine. Okay, so we're going with Generations from Exile Tribe. Yeah, yes, we going to be talking about their song Diamonds.

DJ Panic:

It's been a while, since we have actually chatted about Generations.

Sarah:

Yeah, it's been quite some time. Well, we did a whole episode on them, so definitely if you, if you like them check it out.

DJ Panic:

Yes, Thanks to Jeanine's. Thank you for making that request. So yes, Diamonds, who that it was released on September 18th, so we're a little it's still fairly.

Sarah:

It's still fairly new, you know month old, right.

DJ Panic:

There's a few ones that came out later.

Sarah:

Well, we just if it's newer, if it's within the last month, right yeah, it's good. But this one, wow, like there's so much happening in it, right yes, Such a dance anthem.

DJ Panic:

Oh my.

Sarah:

God, it's like being at a rave or something. Oh, definitely EDM, yeah. And then the, the, the clapping the drums, the bass, they got this weird water dripping sound or like bubble popping sound going on, and they've got some great vocal stuff going on. They got the, the talk box or whatever, where it makes their voice sounds more electronic. Just, I always was dancing to this tune Like why, yeah, yeah, so serious.

DJ Panic:

Which I love. I love that.

Sarah:

And why so serious, made me think of Batman the Joker. Oh, he's true. Yes, yes, yes that one. So I was like, yeah, why so serious? But this one just yeah, it gets you up and dancing and moving Again. Like I said, there's so much going on in it back and forth and like everything about it is just amazing, like the sound it's just throws at you constantly. I really, really enjoyed this one, just bopping around my office to it.

DJ Panic:

I felt a lot of EDM and dance whole Definitely does the whole dancing part. This is just to me from the lyrics that I can catch. This sounds more like a clap back to those who are talking trash about the group. I noticed a. I noticed a C-Tar sound as well, like sitar. I was like whoa. That came in like like sprinkles. It was really nice. The Caribbean vibes, of course, the EDM, which is very heavily because the whole dance. This song is good to work out to like in a cycling class or Zumba.

Sarah:

Yeah, yeah, definitely dancing around doing the Roomba.

DJ Panic:

Zumba Back and forth.

Sarah:

I know, Zumba, but you do a Roomba to it.

DJ Panic:

I prefer Zumba class. You're more freely than Roomba.

Sarah:

No no, I mean the dance move, the Roomba, roomba, yeah, when you're Zumba is just basically dancing to any type of Zumba.

DJ Panic:

Zumba class. I went to Zumba class once and I was like never again. No, they was like oh for beginners, go this day. And I'm like are you sure this is for beginners? I was dead.

Sarah:

Well, yeah, no, that it's some hardcore like dancing going on. I'm like this is not beginners. Did they give you the little jingle Belt thing? You? Know, like the belly dancer belt with all the jingles on it. No, oh, when I went, that's what they gave us.

DJ Panic:

At the zoom by class. Which one was this one that would have been fun.

Sarah:

I don't know me and me and one of our old co-workers went one night. We just we were like let's check it out. So it was, so they could make sure you're shaking your hips right and moving. That would have been perfect.

DJ Panic:

I would have preferred to go to that class because the teacher that I went to I'm like oh my goodness, this is not beginners. Like you know, there's some excess. I mean, I'm just trying something new and this didn't felt like beginners and I was like how am I supposed to do this without hurting myself? You know, like there wasn't any directions, like she was, oh yeah.

Sarah:

See, mine was like I said, it was more like dance. That's why I was saying like doing a rumba to this. With Zumba we had our little jingle things on, so this is perfect for it, especially with like that sitar sound.

Sarah:

You were saying you know it's got a very mmm belly dancing kind of right feel to it. So this is just, yeah, this would be perfect for and, like you said, I do same thing as when they're saying, like, why so serious? And we shine like diamonds and we're the next generation yeah, they're. They're saying, give us your best shot, we're still gonna shine through. So there, these guys are awesome, anyway.

DJ Panic:

So we do love that will shine on the pressure, which is that what happens with a diamond diamond you know they, that's how they create themselves, right.

Sarah:

It's a under pressure, exactly so these guys definitely Sorry, we went off on a 10. This is what we do.

DJ Panic:

This is for entertainment only, you know. But please check the song out. Is on all streaming services.

Sarah:

Yes, it is, and definitely bring it up to your Zumba class.

DJ Panic:

Yeah, I'll you a teacher or whoever. Hey put this song on this awesome because it is.

Sarah:

It's a hip shaker. It's a yeah you there to body shimmy.

DJ Panic:

Yes, you are there to move great, great, great Next song, which I'm gonna let you do that when you still like, I like this song Go ahead.

Sarah:

I, yeah, I love this song we're gonna talk about. You know who is one of the members of TVXQ. This is solo project, third mini album. You heard us mentioning that before songs called Relax.

Sarah:

Oh yeah, this is a. Grab your fringe and the sequins and platform shoes and get out on the disco dance floor. Oh my god, this is like super funk disco. I love this. I love, love, love, love it. I mean it took me back. I was like, oh yeah, watching like soul train and dance fever, and oh my god, it's like so awesome, so awesome.

Sarah:

There's Just sort of the beginning, simple drums, the bass and his voice, mm-hmm, and then at about I don't know 43 seconds, this whole like organ, synth and bass I mean bass, drum machine. All of that kicks in. I love all of his like voiceover Harmonizing with himself in the background. Vocals are him for most of it. There's at some point there's obviously some sort of chorus group behind him, but but most of it is him sort of singing His own backup vocals. Amazing, amazing.

Sarah:

This. It's got a great beat, but it does also sort of make you relax. So even though it's like upbeat tempo, disco dancing, right, it does, sir, make you like just Chillax kickback Mm-hmm. My sister loved this song. When I played it she was like what I got to get this? Who is this? And just so everybody knows I think you know is cuz his name is, you know, right, so it sounds like you know. But um, I just I Love everything about this song and I just I think, like what he's really saying is like yo Just take it easy. Yeah, you know, get out there, show your moves, just relax. Yes, everything's gonna be cool mellow.

Sarah:

Yes so I love it, love it, love it, love it. I.

DJ Panic:

Love it too. Yeah, like you were saying, the groovy and the funkiness, whoo is all over this place, very synth pop, because that's why you're here. I was thinking more of the 80s pop, you know, early 80s, which is, you know, that transition yeah, the disco yeah you know, it was started getting more heavily, heavily, into the synth.

DJ Panic:

This song got me dancing and grooving too. I Was relaxed and distressed after dancing to it a few times Because you'll be like yeah, I mean, you have to. It's like is that infectious? You know, the groove is very Infectious to like get you dancing. His voice it's all smooth and perfect for this composition. Oh, I'm G, you know. First, gen Vocalists. I love their vocals when it comes to that. Like you know, tv is Q he. They would actually those two members. I forgot the other members name. They came from another group, right? Yes, that I don't know if they still around, but they came from another group and I think when they became a duo, I think it was a perfect decision for both of them. And then, of course, as being artists, they just they still a duo, but they like to pursue Different sound for their vocal arrangements and in this one, for you know is amazing, I told the mini album is amazing.

Sarah:

Yeah, no, the whole thing's perfect. Oh well, I was gonna say, and a lot, of, a lot of, especially Korean artists, the, the groups even though you know five member group, whatever they do all still produce many stuff. Oh yeah, look at Kai and EXO, they all have their own personal stuff. So yes.

Sarah:

I think, though, this is perfect, like I don't know. I feel like he really, really Wanted to be doing this, like this was yeah so his space, yes so his sound. Love it, I am. I could spend a whole half hour talking about this.

DJ Panic:

The cool thing about this mini album. His third mini album is called reality show, which also there's other songs in there with that are way different musically direction, the very gangster one which I forgot the name, but that one is. His vocal range is so different from this one. They you're like whoa Whoa. He is just amazing. Yes, you know, he's very versatile.

Sarah:

Mm-hmm. Yes, definitely.

DJ Panic:

Awesome. I want to go to the next song.

Sarah:

I guess we may as well.

DJ Panic:

Yeah, all right, we're going now to talk about a girl group from Indonesia. Yeah, the name of the group is star B and the song is bang this. I love this song, another EDM song, mm-hmm. With song crunk in it. It's, I heard in, the cool thing about this. They also use actual instruments from Indonesia Flutes, right, why it went instruments which just to give it that traditional song, but it's traditional with that, you know, modern sound with the EDM.

DJ Panic:

I love the girls, they're so much fun. To me the song is like okay, this is an introduction to the public. Who is star B? I like when the lyrics say welcome to the sky shining stars, as the group. I Like that because they feel like there are constellations and you know we love constellations. So I was like this is cool, you know. And then I love also the lyrics. One of the girls Voice is so cute because she's like we make it bang. I don't know who the heck is that, but she is so cute. But I love the, the vocals, the ranges for each individual girl or ladies, you know One have that a little bit of a deep voice. You know well, gonna get messy.

Sarah:

I love that.

DJ Panic:

Then you go. I'm like I like that. It's so cool. You know we have the cool calm to the cutesy. It felt like. I know they're they're formed, I think they're four members, but it reminded me of, like the power puff girls. Yeah, you know, you got bubbles and you go, you get.

DJ Panic:

Buttercup and blossom and blossom. You know it's, it's awesome. So it kind of gave me that. Plus, of course, pop off girls there. They're not really came up from from space, but I mean it was a creation, but still it's. I don't know. I love it. It's a fun song, got me dancing as well. So I will like to know more about starby. We should maybe I'm thinking about one day do a deep dive on the girls, see.

Sarah:

But yeah, well, I know they, they've got their own YouTube, mm-hmm, so they definitely they've got a lot going on. But yeah, this that that drum and bass opening and then the bass goes super deep. Like you said, I'll all the traditional instruments come in, sort of let that flute, and I don't know. It's just like at points they slow down to really sort of drive home these beats and in what they're saying, I don't know. I love the towards the end they're sort of that build up and all this frantic drumming and they're just like We'll make it hot. You know, like you said, they're talking about basically introducing themselves, yep, to the world, being like we're gonna make it bang, mm-hmm, we're, we're moving up. We are here to charm you and to show you what we got. I mean everything Like it's gonna get. Like you said that it's gonna get messy.

DJ Panic:

It's gonna get messy.

Sarah:

But it's just, yeah, it's really. Really. I think them serve Introducing themselves and saying we're here to shine, we're here to bang. You're gonna, you're gonna Love this song, because it is. It is another one. All of these actually Like get you moving, get you dancing, yeah, and like I said, though, that whole it's probably like two and a half minutes. It well, not quite two and a half.

Sarah:

It's a shorter song, so maybe like two minutes in it slows down almost and you think it's Coming to an end. And then, all of a sudden, just those drums come in and but I don't know, and they're just, they're chanting all of their. You know, make it hot, we're gonna bring it on. Just oh awesome. This was definitely like a Feel-good song. Yes, made you. Mmm. Girl power, girl power talked about it before, which is probably where you thinking of the power puff girls.

DJ Panic:

Yes.

Sarah:

And yeah, and they even I did read a little thing about them. They were saying the name star B is because they want to be a star, hmm, like that. That was how they came about their name. So it was really yeah, yeah, we love constellations. Yeah, love this group. Yes, they love this group.

DJ Panic:

They're just so cute there and you can hear their personality through their voice. You know, and that's why the whole pop that was thinking of power pop, girls like yes, yes, actually, you know that I was.

Sarah:

It was funny. There was even one point. I was, you know, thinking about the song and I was like geez, this could almost be like. They're like Hit women like okay we're gonna. We're gonna make it bang and it's gonna get messy. I was like oh, they're, they're out to kill.

DJ Panic:

It's gonna get messy.

Sarah:

Like bunch of little cute petite mafia chicks or something.

DJ Panic:

Mafia chicks Girls and you're like mafia chicks.

Sarah:

Well, because it is it strong and fierce. Yeah sort of like. They're like we're taking no prisoners. You know what I mean. So just lots and lots of fun, Definitely check it out.

DJ Panic:

It is a fun song.

Sarah:

Love it.

DJ Panic:

Love it. Love it. Next song, mr B, why yes, oh man, oh.

Sarah:

Mr B, why? Well, I was gonna say we talked about one of his other singles before we did this episode.

DJ Panic:

Yes, we did, but this one came out. Has been a while since he has, you know, really sending music, any songs, so we're gonna be talking about holy toast and they came out on September 22 and if you don't know who B why is, please do a deep dive on him.

DJ Panic:

He came from a rap group and also he was the winner of show me the money Season six or five, season six. Oh my goodness, I was so happy when he won. He is now a newly father Baby girl. He is so happy. He's a proud dad, actually. You can see his daughter when he does his Introductions goes on Instagram he talks. Actually, when he talked about this song he had his daughter with. He's like being such a dad burping his daughter.

DJ Panic:

I'm like, oh, love him. At one point he does a real. His daughter is there looking at him and he's dancing in front of her and I'm like what, this guy loves this kid so much. It's ridiculous. That's awesome, oh, you know another rapper that we love and like he also love his daughter to death, you know. So I kind of like I can see them. I think they do talk to each other, but anyways, no tableau.

Sarah:

Okay, you know, oh god, yeah, he loves his daughter too.

DJ Panic:

God, he's off his daughter.

Sarah:

He does anything like he talks about her every time he's doing anything. Yeah.

DJ Panic:

Yeah, I can see B why doing the same thing. When his daughter start growing up and things are happening, I can see him just talking about his child as well. Yeah, oh, but yeah B. Why is amazing B? Why is a lyricist genius for this song I mean, I did looked up lyrics in English for it because he is one of those artists with philosophical views in his music. His music makes you think or reflect on them, which that's why I love so much B. Why not just only for his like Compositions in music? Because this is so heavy bass.

Sarah:

Yeah, it is like heavy bass on your face.

DJ Panic:

You know, there's the fat bass that we like, which I find it fat bass more like, too, for a grooving, but this is like bass on your face, like I'm telling you something, and this is what's happening.

Sarah:

Oh yeah, it's.

DJ Panic:

It's to accentuate what he's, what he's saying that's why he is such an amazing rap artist and he is one that I like that only people like he's not there for the cloud you know, yeah, he said there for the music, but not for the cloud Like he's not one like want to really stir up shit for nothing, no reason, he just you know. Well, these are my views on this, but you know, on this, and you know, da da, da, da da. Well, philosophically, that's why I love him so much. And but before I say anything more, because I do want to read some of the lyrics that I found what is your view on this?

Sarah:

Well, just the it's got that slow entry with the organ and synth and then boom Hits you with that bass that you were talking about and his rap style, of course, just incredible. It's sort I don't know. It's sort of hard to to put into words what this is like. It just Sort of its attitude and it's it's not so much that you dance to it, but that you feel like at certain points like yes, you make one grand gesture and then you just listen again to what he's saying. And I didn't really Look up lyrics or anything, but I sort of got the impression that it's like he's Comparing or equating Fame and and popular, because there's certain things he said. He talks about Rolls Royce somewhere, and so he's sort of, like I said, equating fame to Almost religion, like because he does talk about father, son, holy host, holy ghost. You know what I mean. So there's definitely like some sort of reference going on, but it's not. I don't think he's like dishing religion.

DJ Panic:

He's so he's Christian and he's proud Christian. He even has said before in his interviews, okay, that he, even though you, he's talking about Christianity, is because he's a proud Christian. Okay, you know this is not really dishing anything, but I think what he does a lot for his lyrics is that he might incorporate, yes, some of the Christian, christian views On what his music and what he's going through as an artist so maybe then, not so much equating with With religion, but like almost like thanking God for giving him the power to be this Amazing rapper that he is.

Sarah:

You know what I mean. Like a higher power gave him what he's got right. And he's Just started talking about it because, like I said, I didn't get the impression that it was like Dishing anything and he wasn't trying to compare himself to a higher power. He was sort of just saying, without all of this, I wouldn't be where I am. Like this is my religion Basically right, my music, my, you know, being here. Obviously now he's got his little girl, so he's thankful for that. You know what I mean, right, but it's definitely. It is also very much a powerful like Statement of some sort. So if you know the lyrics and you let me know, then I'll.

DJ Panic:

There was one song that really Got more into the. I think it was goddess a day. I think that's the one that well, that's the one we covered.

Sarah:

Yeah, um, the last time we talked about him, that was the song we did, right but there was I think it was that album which came out in 2019?.

DJ Panic:

I remember, actually, our friend. I showed it to one of our friends and she was not that. She's like well, she's talking about religion. He's talking about I don't like that and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I'm like Okay, I mean I did not wanted to make an argument with this person. I I mean, if somebody is talking about religion and whatever, I would like to look into it more, into the lyrics and find out. Really, I mean, mm-hmm, this person thought that he was dissing no, no, cuz we talked about the.

Sarah:

The meaning of it is like God is.

DJ Panic:

But again, this is the person who just probably just heard a few bars right the first song and then completely this, the whole album, sort of actually Listening to the whole album, actually doing a deep dive on the lyrics and find out more and you know the background on the song. And the artist exactly so, yeah, now this person, like the previous stuff, which was not as deep as what he's right now, his lyrics are more deep than he's. He's he's evolving. This is not an artist that we love when artists evolve.

DJ Panic:

Yeah, definitely, you know he is done with the poppy rap. He's more into the more philosophical Lyrics. So for his holy toast Starts. I know the source in my pocket. It is taken away. I'll steal it. Repents during the day and accounting at night. Yesterday we lost, but today we worship. Now I'm stopped at the side of a dream. I stretch my shoulders towards the next, forward and upward again. Neck, turn back, raise your glass and holy toes to the okay, all right. Next verse to the Holy Ghost, my stylist. Cling like a baby skin. The new shoes are polished as if they were successors.

DJ Panic:

Paparazzi made magazine take from Hermes Apostle Creed. Pick up the check between the Lord's Prayer and Premium made while on alert. Sister, this is so bad. Beat up those Shakies who said they were going to fail. I can't quit. Like the resurrected Nassarath, I want more expensive clothes, a house, a car, and I will hang on the wall Picasso and the Warhol. A whistle on my lips, richer child hand-drilling cross, interesting. I Know the source in my pocket. This is probably the course. That's one of those. The Holy Ghosts and worry. Oh, yeah, raise a glass holy toast to the Holy Ghost. Yeah, raise a glass Holy toast to the Holy Ghost. In the ghost of Rolls Royce. That's the one.

Sarah:

Yeah, that's what it was. I was like Rolls Royce.

DJ Panic:

I'll take you until you, I do it. Eek each one you can, one boy who became my father and Holding the chalice, raise a glass holy toast to the Holy Ghost. Let's see perfect, perfect fear, walls and enemies next to me At the same time. One shot, holy grail, trinity, timing, trinity, science. I Naturally prove that they said, witness, testify with evidence. I can see the vision rise, the stands head towards Completion. Be why, ish? I don't have to do it, I'm ready. You're wrong. If you think I'm wrong, show your back and climb up with a pull-up bar in my hand. The game was reestablished and the flag was waving. Blades of glass grass open. Blades of grass open. My song rings in churches and clubs.

Sarah:

Well. So yeah, he's sort of there's something more important than all of the Material things. Right, the Picasso and the Andy Warhol's and the Rolls Royce.

Sarah:

Mm-hmm and if that's all that you're about as far as singing and performing, he's not about that, that, he's not for that. You know what I mean. He's sort of saying you know, yeah, I think. I think it's sort of a what's the word? I'm looking for? A, I can't think of the word, but he's. He's just I, I like drawing a blank, but he's just sort of yeah, saying mm-hmm. I owe everything to a higher power and you can sit. You know you want all this material stuff, but what is it really?

Sarah:

What is it?

DJ Panic:

What do you owe it to if you do get it kind of thing so Interesting, very interesting again Philosophical lyricist, you know yeah he's like yeah, I can sing about Ladies and the club and the shaking and the sex and the blah, blah, blah, blah blah. But you know, I prefer not to when there's something else more important, right? Well, what it?

Sarah:

well, what is all of that? Yeah, it's, it's nothing, it's Material things and you need to think of where, where does that come from? You know what I mean he's really saying. This isn't you can grasp for all of that, but in the end, what does it all mean? Right, you know what I mean. Yeah, and think and remember, if you do get that, where did it come from? Kind of thing. He's yeah definitely he gets you thinking. Oh yeah all the time.

DJ Panic:

This is, yeah, his music is Definitely for thinking to yeah, no, I Love his music, music that he just gets you thinking. You know you have, you know we got our music to like shake our boots that we have talked about, right, you know, but this one is more like, you know, this is the one that you want to put in the background and just chill out too.

Sarah:

Yeah, well, that's what I was saying is it's not so much dancing, but there are definitely these pointed like boom Things that hit you and you, you do you like go, yeah, yes, so awesome, definitely cool, cool song. Check it out and his other stuff because it's all very good. Oh yeah, he's amazing.

DJ Panic:

All right. Last but not least, a lady that we always have we have her back 100% was a yeah, love our was, I love was, I love my was. What's that?

Sarah:

It's a oh please, and we've been talking about her a lot every time, oh what's?

DJ Panic:

I came out with a new song called Chile. That was on October 4th. We're like, yeah, like Chile, chile, chile, chile.

Sarah:

They're like yeah.

DJ Panic:

We got just this sounds good club song. It just have to be played. I'm thinking, can we play that? The king say I'll be like all of these pretty much so, yeah, but I don't know about the big ones. Holy Toast though.

Sarah:

Yeah, not much that one. It's good song, but yeah, maybe not, so can say yeah, no for.

DJ Panic:

Kingsley, but this one, chile, from a was I, oh yeah, definitely talk about ready.

Sarah:

I thought heavy, oh my god, yes, oh.

DJ Panic:

Mg and let me tell you our girl, was I throwing in the Spanish in there? What I'm like, yes, she's after my heart, she is so much after my heart. What me casa? I'm like what, what? No way. I'm getting chills when she was saying that what I'm in love with her, she's my girl crush 100% lover lover.

DJ Panic:

So, yes, that started already, of course, was a dance home reggaeton and the R&B that she does sometimes with that smooth, oh, my god, I'm like yes, girl, yes, my girl was a. She is hot, she is smooth and she is fierce. I love her vocals again. I'm gonna be saying that million times. She gives you seductiveness, she gives you power, she gives you the fierceness all in one song. She's showcasing her abilities as a solo artist just to bring the house down with the smooth vocals and to be on your face when she does that rap delivery. Oh, love her. I'm telling you, if those people go back again on stupid you know claiming I know I'm going, I'm flying from here to South Korea me like who are them people? I'm gonna fight a fight with me because Stop it With my woman alone. Mm-hmm, that's just my girl. Anyways, go ahead before I just keep going.

Sarah:

Well, I was gonna say I love how they sort of fake you out at the beginning with that acapella, like leaving it all up to you, and you're like what is this? And then it's like why an apple? But all the reggaeton comes in. You're like what just happened?

Sarah:

Oh my god, it's awesome, I love there's some cowbell in there. Oh yeah, love my cowbell. Oh my god. She just her whole hip-hop rap, everything. I mean she runs the gamut of like Sound and style in this and that's what we love about her. Yes, just amazing. And this is yet Another one. Just gets you going in. She says at the beginning that the Street Fighter woman is. This was this for a show.

DJ Panic:

Yeah okay, she was in this. Yeah, she was in one of those reality shows, right, yeah, yeah and I've heard about it from other places too.

Sarah:

But so I was like oh so this is her. You know, tastes like Chile, Chile. Funny story though. I was shopping in the mall the other day and I went into I guess it's a music store, but it's also it sort of carries all kinds of you know chach keys and whatnot to okay, and I'm just walking around and all of a sudden I I didn't hear the beginning part okay.

Sarah:

It wasn't until it was like bump, bump, bump and I was like women. I know this song. They were playing wasa In this music store in the mall, what I mean?

DJ Panic:

which one wait?

Sarah:

Yeah, okay, yeah, I was like.

DJ Panic:

So I'm like dancing. It's like I will be like yeah.

Sarah:

Well, I did. I yelled across the store to my sister. I was like, hey, this wasa, we're talking about her this week. My sister's like, oh yeah, you were playing it in the car, right. I'm like, yeah, but just love, love, love. This, like it's such a good attitude song and I I really though I could not figure out what exactly is it about Mmm. I did not look up the lyrics or anything, because I was just so like Into the music and the sound and just her voice and the like you said, the fierceness, the attitude to Mm-hmm, just everything. She's just.

DJ Panic:

I can't wait for an album serving it up for you, because the song the the other single that came out before this one was like I love my body, which is more of an, you know, self-image empowerment song right so I don't know if this one is more like Still fierceness or just being more seductive, I don't know. Well, I think it's a lot of attitude. It's like chilly, what is that?

Sarah:

Victory. It's spicy, mmm. You know what I mean. That's why I'm saying I was like I should have looked at the lyrics, but I was just too busy being like yeah.

DJ Panic:

One cool thing about this guess what? She also wrote the lyrics for this song really, yeah.

Sarah:

Well, I'm not surprised Actually, because and also Co-compose it. Oh.

DJ Panic:

Yes, our girl have some, some power on this song, so she's getting paid. She might be getting paid, you know just. The history with the last company, you know. So I'm very happy that this is happening for her and that will deserve, because she is amazing. But I have not much on the lyrics, actually, you know it. Of course the English parts are the most Saucy, you know, right? Well, yeah, you know, like, like the Mikasa Tsukasa, chili, chili. Let's see cash.

Sarah:

Well, like I said, she talks about I'd be in spicy, so oh what do you really want?

DJ Panic:

a romance.

Sarah:

Mmm, even though she's the Street Fighter woman I know Kick your ass and it's gonna be spicy.

DJ Panic:

I know, taste like chili, feels like. Feel me what Dilly take. Okay, tastes like chili, make me feel me feeling Dilly. Takes like chili, chili, feel me Dilly, dilly, dilly. That's why I say it's gotta be awesome for the king say People are gonna be repeating that.

DJ Panic:

They want to. They don't care about the Korean when they hear like make a sasa su Casa and then taste like chili. Yeah, the English is weird. There's one versus starts with trash, and then there's Korean and there's flowers and then chili, chili, chili. Okay. So there's one lyric in Spanish where she goes Yo te conozco bien, like I know you very well. Hmm, so I'm like. So she's giving sass to somebody.

Sarah:

Well, she's trash in the flowers. Maybe Something is going on in here or you're going in the trash. I'll keep the flowers, Ah.

DJ Panic:

See if I can find spicy, it's like chili spicy. Alright, we keep. But then there's one that she said we keep it spicy. Hmm, what you keeping it spicy? Spicy your, your significant other or whatever? And right yeah huh, interesting, but no, it's a fun song? It is, yes, but of course this is more of our vocal arrangements, which, oh, yeah, well it's.

Sarah:

Yeah, it's about the, the sound of her voice and the sound of the music and the, the tempo and the, just everything, the feel of the music. This is another one. You just got a dance to it, yes, and it's, oh yeah, it's full of attitude. Full of attitude and sass.

DJ Panic:

Oh yeah, oh yeah, 100% wassa. Yeah so, chilly go for it dancing.

Sarah:

Well, you know, we could probably requested of the DJ. I don't know if you'll have them. Well, it depends how he's doing the music, if he's got access to streaming.

DJ Panic:

That's true. I'm like, hey, go to Spotify and play.

Sarah:

You know, I'm pretty sure that's probably how he's putting together his list, so I bet we could sneak it in there. Be like here.

DJ Panic:

Let us just here play this song after bad money which, by the way, I know we're rearing. No, we'll leave that for later. Okay, we'll leave for resin Ramley. Yes, we'll leave it for resin Ramley, but anyways. So anything else for miss wasa we love her you know, just this is definitely a spicy song. I will love to see a solo tour with her girl. I want to be there, I'll be there, I'll be there. I mean please, please, yes.

Sarah:

Well, you know, it could happen.

DJ Panic:

It could happen, so see can't wait for an album now that she's under pain. Nation Congratulations to her. Still congratulating her.

Sarah:
