Five Fresh Singles: Vibes, Vocals, And Evolution
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Five songs, five moods, and a whole lot of evolution. We cue up CORTIS, STARGLOW, Kento Nakajima, TAEMIN, and WONHO to unpack what’s changing in J‑Pop and K‑Pop right now—artist-led production, bolder concepts, tighter writing, and performances that live in your head long after the chorus fades.
We start with CORTIS and "GO!", a slow-rolling hip hop cut built for car speakers and late-night struts. The bass is punchy, attitude effortless, and the twist is in the credits: the members are hands-on with writing and visual direction. From there we leap to BMSG’s STARGLOW and "Moonchaser", a piano‑sparked dance rush that surges and releases like a festival drop. The vocals soar, the arrangement begs for a remix, and the lyrics reach for sky and fandom in the same breath.
Kenty’s "IDOLIC" flips nostalgia on its head with a vaudeville‑tinged, jazz‑sprinkled production that contrasts perfectly with his sleek “2.0” persona. It’s a clever mirror trick: classic showmanship framing a modern, sexy, art‑driven image. Then TAEMIN’s "FINALE" brings the hush—silky, emotional, and quietly luminous. His voice threads melancholy with hope, the kind of ballad that makes time slow down and movement feel like meaning. We close with WONHO’s "Good Liar", all violin snap and side‑eye swagger, turning frustration into charisma with crisp delivery and a hook that won’t quit.
Across the set we talk craft, identity, and why evolution keeps pop exciting—whether it’s a debut group or a veteran artist. If you want bass that moves, choruses that lift, and stories that grow with each release, queue this one up.

Opening Banter And Setup
SPEAKER_00Welcome everybody to another episode of Music Elixir with me, Satashi, and Miss DJ Panic.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Sorry all. We're laughing about something we were talking about prior to this. Yes. Still got the chuckles over it. Yes.
SPEAKER_01We're talking about a video for a singer that we're going to talk about today. And then, of course. We were analyzing it. And of course we had to laugh. We're not gonna say. Not yet. We're gonna. Yeah, you guys have to like figure it out why which one. Oh five songs that we're going to talk about today. Yes. Today's a music, music episode.
SPEAKER_00Yes, just singles, so no deep diving on one particular artist. So right. We're mixing it up a little.
SPEAKER_01Exactly. Well, our last deep dive was on orbit because of course it's now a five member group and we wanted to reintroduce the group to the listeners. And of course, the fans are like, thank you, thank you. Of course, Earth, thank you. Thank you for listening and sharing.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, definitely.
SPEAKER_01And uh one of Earth actually was out there interacting. Did you saw that? Yes, I did on our ex Twitter. Yes, yes, this is what we like. We love this that you actually participate on these talks, so that's pretty cool. So, anyways. And anything going on before we start our rant and rambling on the five singles? No, not really.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you know, we always talk about the changing New England weather and our allergies, and those haven't changed much. No, five years we've been talking about that.
SPEAKER_01It's gonna be five years. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_00It's crazy. Wow. In December. Well, and hopefully by December, the first artists we ever talked about will actually have something to tell us because it's been a while. Oh yeah. Well, you have to talk to June about that. I know, right? I mean, I guess technically our first episode was just our introducing ourselves, but the the actual like, you know, meat of what we were doing talking about artists was about that particular group.
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_00Who's supposedly making a comeback. And we don't know. I know we haven't heard anything.
SPEAKER_01Well, whoever's in the fan club, you know, you are actually getting just only exclusives. Nobody that's outside the fan club is really getting anything but teasers. Yeah, little snippets.
SPEAKER_00Which is like, gee, thanks. Leaving us thirsty.
SPEAKER_01Exactly. Like, oh, okay. Fine. Be that way, June. I'm just gonna blame it on him.
SPEAKER_00Well, you know he's in charge.
SPEAKER_01Exactly.
SPEAKER_00Oh everybody else is just we do what he says, even though he's not the leader, right? Exactly. Exactly. Oh man.
Why Five Singles, Not A Deep Dive
SPEAKER_01We live the baby to be second in command. I know, right? All right. So, anyways, yeah. I we were saying before I can't I don't even know how to start this episode. So, like five songs. Now picked at random. There, there's a new group. Actually, there's two new groups in this playlist, and then we have three solo artists, no females this time.
SPEAKER_00No, we haven't seen much coming out. I mean, we already talked about Hana and their album, and they've been doing like singles and stuff promoting stuff. We did a deep dive on the side and talked about them.
Curtis “Go” First Impressions
SPEAKER_01They just released a new song. It's not on this one, but but there was another girl group that I really, really, really like. Maybe you should do a deep dive on that one. Okay. Um we are going to chat about Curtis, Starglow, Kenty, uh Taman. Yeah. Mm-hmm. And Wano. So the two new groups right here will be Curtis and then Starglow. Um loving those two songs. So let's start first with uh the new group from Hive, which is Curtis. Uh, we may do a deep dive on them because I heard some things about what is their projection of what they're doing as a group. Yeah. Which is completely different from past all the groups within the company. So that's gonna be awesome.
SPEAKER_00I was looking at the because it's color outside the lines, is what they're saying. Their name is short for. I'm not sure how they came up with that. Curtis. Right. It's just interesting. That was a little thing I noticed. I was like, okay. They don't they don't even have a fandom name or anything yet.
SPEAKER_01So no, but like I guess uh we can do a deep dive and see what's going on with the group.
SPEAKER_00Yes, definitely. All right. But so we're gonna talk about what go?
SPEAKER_01You said the song will be go. All right, all right. So this is from their album, Color Outside The Lines, which is the first uh I Bonna say is their first EP, right? Yes, yes. All right, so the song we are going to listen and chat about will be Go. Are you ready, Miss Tera?
SPEAKER_00I am kind of an interesting slower opening. But then that keeps going through the whole song.
SPEAKER_01It's giving you, yeah. This is a slow hip hop. Like uh, if you have a low rider, it's a song you will put in. You're like, yeah, the bass on this is really pumping. It is, it is definitely. I mean, it was hitting on our th headphones. When you put that, you put that in the car, it was hitting the car. And I'm like, wow, this the boys are not, you know, slacking on the bass is really punchy.
SPEAKER_00It's definitely, yeah, a cruising song, just sort of laid back mellow. It's not hyper dance tune of any sort.
SPEAKER_01No, this is definitely cool vibes through and through. And the boys, you know, just letting you know that you there are new shit.
SPEAKER_00Well, they're the new hit and the new tip and the new shit. Yeah. They're the new shit. Just letting you know. They're the new shit. I checked out the writing credits. All of them took a hand in this.
SPEAKER_01Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_00The whole band worked on it.
SPEAKER_01So this is the approach on Curtis that it is you it all of them are co-creators on the songs, also the video making as well, or music video making. And it's definitely a it is a different approach from the two other groups that are within Big Hit. And looking forward to it because I mean they're doing everything all by themselves pretty much.
Production, Bass, And Co‑Creation
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's cool. That's definitely well, it's like they're going sort of back to how it was. Yes. Because maybe not the whole group, but key members were writing for the group for a long time. So it's just it's a fun song. Like if you just want to be like showing your attitude to people. Yeah. Yeah, watch me while I go. Dun, dun, dun, dun, it's yeah, it's just a very good pace to it. Just stays steady and moving along and like nice little bit of attitude about it, you know. This was another song I frequently wake up with music playing in my head. This was one I was waking up to. Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_01It's a definitely a boosting song. It's something that you need. If you're going out there, it's like, all right, this where's my soundtrack today? Hype myself up a little here. Exactly. Let's go play go, because then you know, I'm the new shit. Hey. And then you can walk with an attitude with this song, definitely. Awesome.
SPEAKER_00Through the halls of the office. Yeah, I'm the new shit. You've been driving. Yeah, look at the car next to you and be like, yeah, I'm the new shit. I think we just like saying new shit. Yes.
SPEAKER_01Don't forget to put explicit lyrics here. Explicit content this time because we say shit a lot. No pun intended.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, no, I've heard one other song by these guys that I really like too.
SPEAKER_01So there's another one. Fashion is really good too. That was the one I was thinking of. Yeah, but I was like, I'm not gonna play fashion. You go with another one. Because there's just more into the the album, but it's really good. Really good. We should do a deep dive on them now. Yeah, we will.
SPEAKER_00We can you were saying that before we even started talking about them, so yeah.
SPEAKER_01Just a reminder.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00Note to self.
BMSG’s Starglow Enters
SPEAKER_01Yes. Do a deep dive. All right. Another new group that actually have exploded out, but this one's out of Japan under our one of our favorite right now. Companies, BSMG. Am I saying that right? Because I think last time I butchered them.
SPEAKER_00You got it right. BMSG. BMSG.
SPEAKER_01BMSG. I just gotta think that. I think it's best. Ah, I knew the acronym and I forgot it. Sorry. I am so sorry, Sky. He's busy. He doesn't care. He's been busy promoting this group. So the group that we're going to talk about is Star Glow. And their only single out there, which is oh my god. Anyways. Okay. We're gonna listen to it. And as of today, I'm looking at Spotify streaming as of today, which is uh October 13th. It's it has hit 1,066,877 streams. Wow. And this is not my first so this morning I've been seeing a lot 666.
SPEAKER_00Not good. Oh no, it is good. 666 is good. Uh it depends on what you're referencing. It is good. Okay. In the angel dream book. Oh yeah. Okay. Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_01And not the the other one, but I mean it's also good too, because I don't know. Anyways, I'm not gonna get into that. Not getting into that, even though Moon Chaser is the song that we're gonna talk about. It's about astrology and whatever. Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_00Yes, all right.
SPEAKER_01So are you ready, Miss Sarah?
SPEAKER_00I am. Well, even and their name is even like Astrology, Star Glow.
SPEAKER_01So I know I have high, high, high, high hopes for this group. All right, here we go. Yes, Moon Chaser. God, I love that song.
SPEAKER_00Oh I love it's so uh so danceable. Yes, you know what I mean? It's like super energetic.
“Moon Chaser” Energy And Vocals
SPEAKER_01Definitely. This is definitely a dance anthem. There's some parts you can totally remix this into a techno. Oh, yeah, because it already has those parts.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's got little traces, like especially that midway point where it sort of amps up and gets you all like Oh my god, and the voices.
SPEAKER_01Oh my god, there's one boy in there that is just like, yes, gets my heart. I'm like, wow.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, he's got a set of pipes on him for sure.
SPEAKER_01Awesome. Another group that we're going to do a deep dive, and I can't wait to do a deep dive.
SPEAKER_00I know, I was gonna say there's they're so new, another one without a fandom name or any of that.
SPEAKER_01So should we wait until there's more music for the boys? Because there's only one so far.
SPEAKER_00Oh yeah, definitely. We'll keep an eye on them.
SPEAKER_01No, that song came out on September 22nd. Wow, it's September 22nd. I mean, I know we're so deep almost like in October that I'm just like, wow, September 22nd? It's gonna be wow. Jeez, we want more.
SPEAKER_00Okay, I want more music. But well, definitely, because I love how they're saying like reaching for the stars and chasing a shooting star and fly with me to the moon, yeah. Oh they're definitely they're reaching this is definitely reaching out for fans.
SPEAKER_01Yes, definitely with us, you know, fly with me to the moon, definitely. And um, I yeah, definitely. Uh I'll fly with you guys. Definitely. I'm loving this single and loving their voices. Wow.
SPEAKER_00I oh they definitely, yeah, they got the that piano dun dun dun dun dun dun. That's like yeah, I don't know. That's another one. It's the sort of like driving force in the song, moving it forward.
SPEAKER_01You know, Sky High has his you know hands to it and playing all the other people, but you know, he this is this this is how he does his leg this is his legacy now, is just producing and you know, being a and a creator. And oh my god, he's being creating some bomps with other you know voices out there, and this one. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_00Yes. Well, I like how he gives each group a little character to sort of work with. He gives everybody something to set them apart from the other groups within the company, so that's cool. Because these guys they're a little funky, a little dancy, a little right. So yes, I'm gonna look forward to more from from these guys.
SPEAKER_01Definitely, I can't wait to see these guys evolve. This is just the beginning. I love this. I love new groups, I love new groups because of this, because of when it starts evolving and whatever. So I can't wait what Curtis is gonna be doing because you know this this is all them. And then but now we have now Star Glow. Let's see what's gonna happen, you know. The evolveness of groups. Uh love seeing this. Just love, love, love, love. Also, speaking of evolving, I was gonna talk about one of my children.
SPEAKER_00Okay, I was like, wait a minute, which is more about Starglow.
SPEAKER_01No, no, no. Okay, so let's talk about one of my evolving children.
SPEAKER_00No, that the look was because I I was trying to remember what order the songs were in. Okay. I remember now the minute you say one of my children, it's one of my kids.
Hopes For New Groups’ Evolution
SPEAKER_01One of my kids, he's evolving all the time, he's evolving. This is gonna be Kento Nakajima, lovelily known as Kenty. Yeah. And uh he just dropped a song called Idolic, which it's so funny, it's kind of going back a little bit into his roots, that's what it felt like. But anyways, let's listen to the song. We'll give it a lesson. And then uh, yeah, I'll I'll dive into it more. All right, here we go. Hello, Kenti. You talk is that all you can say is Kim Tim already.
SPEAKER_00Oh, all right, all right. Well, I was gonna say, this is like I really like sort of the the ragtime jazzy this is this is what happens when I listen to Kentin music, I just lose it.
SPEAKER_01I lose it. I love this boy. Okay, go ahead.
SPEAKER_00All right. So I was gonna say it's sort of ragtime, jazz, vaudeville sort of sound. It's very, very hyper and like old school, but I love how the contradiction of the sound in what he's saying is like like the evolution and the this is 2.0. So yeah, it's sort of like a a commentary on how to be an idol, it used to be, you know, you had to be flashy and in the face, and now like he's trying to tone it back, and I'm I'm hyper sexy sexy, you know what I mean? Right. Like the the change of the idol image from needing to, you know, be showy and vaudevillian to just like hyper sexy, super classy, I'm kind of artsy, I'm 2.0, you know what I mean? Like, but I love the way the music sort of contradicts this, what he's saying, you know what I mean? The old school sound with the new idea of what being an idol is all about. So it's just it's a fun song. It is a fun song. I can see him totally like oh yeah. Dancing, you know, the top hat and the cane, and then being like, nope, I'm gonna be wearing like this flashy suit, you know. But not like sparkly flashy, just like a nice, sharp, well-dressed young man.
Kenty’s “Idolic” Concept
SPEAKER_01I can't wait for this album because the visuals that he's giving out there for this album is completely different. What it sounds on the song, unless he's gonna have a variety of music or styles of music within the album. Oh yeah. But um also version 2.0, everything is looking okay. We're gonna go back because it's like the hot topic lately, the AI. So even his artwork for this new album or actually for the single is very AI. So I wonder if the music that he is portraying is gonna be like, you know, point version 2.0 Kenty. I have I'm evolving within also I'm I be uh I'm your artsy, yeah, like your sexy, artsy, classy idol that we always gotta love, we always gotta keep evolving from each album that um giving you the classic, but also I'm gonna be changing it a little bit more into more modern AI style, maybe, but I'm not not thinking within his artistry, but maybe with his aesthetics. That could be, you know. I don't know. Just me thinking because right now it's like everybody's putting AI on stuff.
SPEAKER_00Oh, I know. It's ridiculous. Well, the fact that there's like AI artists on the charts. Oh my god. Like something that's completely made up, done on a computer, exactly. Charts. Oh, yeah, no, we want artists like Kenty. Exactly, and Cordis and Starglow. And the other people we're gonna talk about. Exactly.
Old‑School Sound Meets 2.0 Image
SPEAKER_01So for me, idolic, you know, like you know, is the idol me. Is this song composition is giving me classic, you know, old time Kenti? Meaning when he was in the group, it was giving me that like when it's nostalgic sexy sound kind of thing, especially when he has the word sexy to the way he says it to AT. That every time that he says sexy, sexy, and I'm like, you can never get a you can take sex the kid out of sexy zone, but you can take the sexy sound out of the kid, and you can change the name, but yeah, we still you know, so I was hearing, I'm like, I still hear the classic Kenti from like it's but with that song, it's just the way that he talks. Although actually he pronounced the words and the way he is, and also the music kind of felt nostalgic for me, even though it was like a new song for him. But um, no, it's just love my boy.
SPEAKER_00I love everything he does. That's him showing the old and the new and saying, you know, this is exactly version 2.0. Everybody's gonna evolve.
SPEAKER_01Version 2.0 Love you, Kenty. Anyways, I keep in my head, I keep going back to a talk that he did in uh one of the um Japanese uh talk shows where he said that he bought his mother a purse, but apparently his mother rejected the purse, saying, Oh, you really don't know. Like, I'm I'm just saying the translated version. Oh, you really do not know your mother. I will not I will not use this bag. I'm like, what? He okay, this is such a Pisces thing that he's actually throwing his mom out into the bus, calling her out. You know, mom, I got you this awesome expensive purse, and you're throwing it at me saying that this is not your style.
SPEAKER_00I got you like a Louis Vuitton, and well, you know, maybe she's just like, I don't know what bag he bought her, but the fandom has actually crowned me as your mom.
SPEAKER_01If there's any bags that your biological mom does not want, you can send them to me, send them over to Valley Free Radio. Actually, he probably started using it himself. You can send it to me. I will appreciate any bags, clothing that might not fit me, but I will appreciate it 100% because it comes from my love.
SPEAKER_00My Kenti 100%.
SPEAKER_01Exactly. Love my Kenty. So if she did not like the bag, give it to me.
SPEAKER_00Uh send it over to Valley for Radio. Well, he was probably like, like, I've worked so hard, I finally made it. I'm gonna buy my mom something super nice, and she's like, but this isn't my style, you know?
SPEAKER_01Apparently, she is uh very tough on Kenty. What I have heard or you know, from like translated TV shows that I have seen.
SPEAKER_00So she's you know, a stage mom. She's gotta be tough. Stage moms are always tough on their kids. That is true. Because you, you know, you gotta succeed, gotta perform, gotta make it, you know. Exactly. Exactly. But come on, press it.
SPEAKER_01How can you say that? Huh? Can you say that? Oh, this is well, this bag is not my style. I'm like, what? It's my style. It's mine. Like I said, Katie, you can mail it over to Valley Free Radio. Care of OK Asia DJ Panic. 140 Pine Street, Northampton, Massachusetts, 01060. I mean, 01062. You can find the address in the website. Anyway. I was gonna say just look up Valley Free Radio. You'll know where it is. Out there, I'm putting it out there. Oh my god, what about if that does really happen? I'll be like, oh yeah, Captain listening. You know he is listening.
SPEAKER_00Yep.
SPEAKER_01You know any presents that he sends me, I will for love. I love him.
SPEAKER_00She'll build a shrine to it. It'll sit on a pedestal.
SPEAKER_01You know, I'd be that's what's telling you I want to get a new place, so I will I will get a studio apartment, you know, the old county. Oh no, that's just no good.
SPEAKER_00That's what Craig Cray's doing. I was gonna say, yeah. That's more like, you know, stalker mode. Uh I'm not in Japan following him. It's just you don't have to be right there to be stalking them. If you look up everything they do and you that's media.
Taemin’s “Finale” Mood And Meaning
SPEAKER_01I'm in the media. I'm supposed to be, you know, researching things. Anyways, we'll leave it like that. Pisces, I'm sorry, it's the Pisces mode. It's I just saw another Pisces thing that I wanted to send to uh to family about me. They're probably gonna be like, yeah, that's true. What one? I can't say it. I'll tell you later. But, anyways, we got two more songs to discuss. Yes, we do. All right, so we're gonna be talking about next one will be Taman, and this song is finale. Mm-hmm. Hmm.
SPEAKER_00Are you ready, Miss Sierra? I am ready. All right, here we go.
SPEAKER_01Our beautiful Taman. Mm-hmm. I love his like slow songs.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Well, he's his voice is so smooth and soft, but like powerful. Yep. So you you always uh can hear the emotion in it. Like this is very sweet but also bittersweet sounding, like a little sad, a little melancholy, but positive at the same time. You know, the way the music works is just there's those soaring moments of sound where you you're like, oh, there's a little glimmer of hope here. Yeah, but with a song called The Finale. Yeah. Pretty much sure that it's about something coming to an end. Yeah. But there's still hope behind it all. You know what I mean? Yeah. It's just a really this is one like when you want to sort of just cry by yourself.
SPEAKER_01Definitely This is one of those the uh yeah, rainy day by yourself. Like, uh yeah. Listen to this song. Yeah, you may cry. I it's a love his sweet delivery. Oh my god. This boy's voice since the beginning. Jeez, love his voice, especially when it comes to ballads. He's just, I don't know, perfect for for me, for my taste, he's perfect for this type of music. Oh, yeah, definitely. Um, like you said, delivery with emotions. It's uh you can feel like there's the sadness in there, definitely. And of course, his delivery, and I'm sure if he's dancing to this, it's gotta be something very like ballet type, yeah, very architect, more modern with like long poses. But I mean it's oh he's like a swan. Sweeping arms. If you see, if you have seen him dance, definitely he's like a swan. Oh, he's so beautiful.
SPEAKER_00Glides, yeah, like very flowy and yeah, no, definitely.
SPEAKER_01Oh man. Oh he's so he's also another one that you look at him and you're like angel.
Voice, Choreography, And Emotion
SPEAKER_00Very it's just like very angelic, very soft, yeah. Yeah, he's very I don't yeah, smooth and everything about him, and it's like his whole aesthetic is very just beautiful, yeah, and slightly glowing. So you know you're like he's ethereal. Is he real?
SPEAKER_01Oh my god, that just just gave me uh uh an idea that we need to do on the podcast. Okay, all right. So we're gonna be okay. Let's do like your top ten ethereal looking, you know, artists. Okay. And then like your top ten, like hot, or like your top ten, like okay.
SPEAKER_00All right. Well, the problem with that though is a lot of them fall into both categories just depending on what they're doing at the moment. We're not gonna be doing by ourselves, we're gonna put the fans in there too. I know, but I'm just saying it'll be hard because there's moments you might have to say it's in the such and such era.
SPEAKER_01Well, which is A, we're gonna put a poll out there. All right, we're gonna do that. Of course, we're gonna participate too, and then of course, we'll have our commentary on it. I know there, I'm not this is not the first time being done, but I don't think we have done something like this on our podcast. No, not us. Ha ha ha ha. Ha. Okay. Hmm. Just like, yeah. All right. Ideas.
SPEAKER_00Yes, ideas. All right. I'm just saying it's gonna be hard for me because there's some people that like fall into multiple categories for me depending on what performance it is or what era they're in.
SPEAKER_01Then you'll need to, I don't know, throw a die or something, or pull a number or which one pull it from a box, names or something.
SPEAKER_00I'll just compare which list do I already have more of. Yeah. All right you go.
SPEAKER_01Some some hard homework there for Sarah. All right. So now we're gonna discuss last but not least, and oh my god, this I am obsessed with the song. Like obsessed. Like you said, that you wake up with a song. Yes, and this one, shoo, go to bed. I start, I like have it in my head. Wake up, I have it in my head.
SPEAKER_00I'm like, baby boy, baby boy. Well, that happened with the last song he came out with, too. I was like, this one, wow.
SPEAKER_01He's got yeah, you know, this is a Pisces, he's on fire. Fire! Okay, so we're going to talk about one O's. Good liar. Are you ready? I'm ready. Oh, yeah. God, I love that song. Love this song. It's so sassy, right? So sassy. It's a I mean, even the violin sounds sassy.
SPEAKER_00Well, everything about it. You know? Like he sort of strutting around. It's yeah. It's got this movement about it.
Wonho’s “Good Liar” Sass And Craft
SPEAKER_01This is just like, I am not sad that you be lying to me. Yeah. I'm not sad. I'm angry. And I'm done with it.
SPEAKER_00So exactly. Bye bye bye. Yeah. Like, like he's walking around a room picking stuff up and like sneering at it. Yeah. Plop plopping it back down. Like, yeah. I thought you were a good one, Thunk. But you're just a good liar. He's like, I'm so done. Yeah, this just has this aura about it of someone who's just fed up. Exactly. You you've just pushed me to the limit, you know?
SPEAKER_01Exactly. Oh my god, kudos to him. It was his English. Oh my goodness. This boy's been working on it. Then I was like, whoa, baby boy. This like the song is a completely different delivery. Even your pronunciation, wow. I was like, yes. I mean, the boy's been working, you know, working hard. Yeah, yeah, yes. And even if it wasn't in English, I would love to know if this is gonna be in a Korean version. I would like to hear that. Yeah. So we'll find it out, hopefully. Unless he will be doing a different approach when he's uh newest album, maybe.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, well, because think about the last single he had was all in English as well. Mmm. Okay. And I like like this should have come out first, right? And then followed up by no one better than me. I don't know, but this this song. Wow. Oh yeah. Everything execution, delivery, the production. Yeah, just awesome. And he did have writing credits on it.
SPEAKER_01Of course, you know our boy, he's a you know, he's a producer, he's a composer, he's a writer, you know, singer-songwriter. He's a very multi-talented Pisces, just like us.
SPEAKER_00Yes, definitely.
SPEAKER_01You know, production, definitely, and of course he wrote it as well. Well, of course, with other people in there, blah blah blah. But I mean, he's pretty much all himself, you know, performed, written, and produced by Wano, if you want to take the other people out. But kudos to the other people too.
SPEAKER_00Thanks for the assist.
SPEAKER_01But exactly. But our boy here is yeah, getting paid. Like I we like to say. But oh my god, do I love this song? Oh, how many streams does he have on this one?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I was gonna say it's it's cause it's catchy enough, even though it's not like a dance tune or anything else. It just it hooks you with the way it sort of moves along. So you're like so.
Lyrics, English Delivery, And Streams
SPEAKER_01It came out on October 3rd, and again, I just want to repeat today's date as October 13th, and uh 183,293. Why so low? Come on, people give some some love to Wanna. What's going on, Weenie? What's going on, Weenie? Come on, this is exactly well. I mean, we're kind of ticked off that he's not coming to Boston, but hey, we still listen to his music. You know? Oh my god. But I love this song. Just love. Is it too sassy for people?
SPEAKER_00That could be. I was gonna say because it is. It's a perfect, like is it too sassy for you? Like the first song we listen to. It's this attitude, like, yeah, you know what? I'm I'm better than the exactly not necessarily better than you, but like I'm better than are they taking this personally?
unknownThat could be.
SPEAKER_01I mean, don't take this personally. I'll be using this song if something happens to me, it'll be like, oh, you're just a good liar. With what? Because it's not a love song saying, Oh my god, I love you, baby. No, this is awesome. It is this is just amazing.
SPEAKER_00Uh people listen to this. Well, it's just it's you know, good, like tongue-in-cheek fun, right? You know what I mean? Blowing off steam about probably not even directed at one person, but sort of the whole idea of everybody comes up with something to say about him or other artists and making up shit about us, right? You're a good liar, but yeah, la la la la la. I'm not gonna listen. I'm done with you. Yeah, so there you go.
SPEAKER_01You know, this is I love this song, it's a great song. I'm gonna continue on repeat because I really, really love the song. I don't know. Maybe I'll keep it on repeat that it will get to uh I want to make it to a million streams. I don't know, I don't care. This is amazing. Oh god, it's just really good. It is, it's just fun too. I don't know. It's a different side of one ho, it's a different one-ho, or you know, it's just love, it's different. Maybe that's why, because it's too different.
SPEAKER_00Uh yeah, I guess that's just ridiculous.
SPEAKER_01Because it's not his usual, like again, when people style, I don't know. If the majority of listeners or wings are like, well, this is not kind of like the old one. No, because they're evolving. Again, please embrace this word of evolving. Kentuck used it, evolution, evolution, you know. We wouldn't be where we are right now if it wasn't for evolution. So, again, the artists that we love, they need to do the same too. Don't be bored doing the same thing over and over. People get bored. Mm-hmm. Anyways. Love this song. I can't wait for to hear more from my boo. I know, right? You know, um, please come to Boston Wano. Please. I know yes, please. Ex-bandmate did it. So can you exactly anyways?
Artists Evolving And Fan Expectations
SPEAKER_00All right. Anything else, Miss Sierra? No, just a good little uh set of songs to listen to, different vibes from everybody. Yes, a couple people got the sass going on, couple people got the you know, dreamy love sickness going on, yeah. And then just uh Kenty is in sort of a class by itself. Yes, he is, my baby boy. But all definitely worth checking out and listening to. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Oh, sure.
SPEAKER_01Especially those two new groups. Can't wait to see them evolve. Just keep an eye on them and see where they go. All right, so thank you everybody for listening to this musical episode. Please rate review and share, share, share.
SPEAKER_00Could you please be kind to subscribe so you can help us maintain the podcast? Thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And give us five stars because we love our constellations, just like Starglow. Yes.
SPEAKER_01Starglow. Definitely.
SPEAKER_00God, yeah. Well, and they looking forward to that. We had Pisces all over the place here, too. Oh my god, yeah. Oh my god, yes. Because the leader of of Cortis is uh a Pisces.
SPEAKER_01Is it?
SPEAKER_00Yes, ooh, mmm. I have not checked for so much before we before we did a you know, we'll be doing a deep dive, but I did check on them, and Matin is a Pisces.
SPEAKER_01We know. Well, two definitely Cantisa Pisces, Wano Pisces.
SPEAKER_00Oh, I don't know about taman. I don't think so, but not July. He's July. Okay. So I had to look it up real quick. But compatible with us cancer. So yeah.
Wrap‑Up, Pisces Notes, And CTA
SPEAKER_01Yeah. I yeah. Yeah. Well, I'm a cancer rising, so I guess it's compatible with me. I don't know. Well, another water song. Wonder there's so many much water videos on him. You know. The last song he there was water in his video. The song when he started his solo career was also what there was rain involved in the video. Well, there you go. Water sign using lots of water. Oh yeah. Okay. So until next time. Bye bye.
