Three New Tracks Take Us From Party Energy, To Deep Longing, To Soft Romance
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Ever notice how a single week can hold a party, a storm, and a hush? We felt that whiplash too, so we lined up three December releases that trace the same arc: King & Prince’s Theater, VERIVERY’s RED (Beggin'), and Joohoney’s Push featuring Rei. Each track opens a different door—neon lights, a crimson sky, and a candlelit room—and together they map a journey from release to yearning to restraint.
We start with Theater, a clever opener that sounds like stepping through velvet curtains. The muffled crowd, the flicker of synths, the buoyant bassline—everything invites you to shed the suit-and-tie loop and join a brighter scene. As a duo, King & Prince blend their vocals with a regal ease. It’s stage-ready pop that doesn’t shout; it ushers you in.
Then the floor tilts. RED (Beggin') arrives with strings that flare like signal fires and percussion that feels like a pulse at full sprint. VERIVERY stack harmonies and bass to build a sweeping plea—savior, revive, forget me not—translating a two-year gap into a cinematic comeback. It’s passionate, urgent, and impossible to sit still through.
Finally, we exhale with Push. Joohoney trades ferocity for a smoldering R&B cadence while Rei threads in with soft, crystalline lines. The beat is minimal, the synths are muted, and the chemistry is the point. Lyrically, it’s a dance of patience: don’t push, but don’t look away. Their contrast—his textured warmth against her gentle clarity—turns a quiet track into a late-night replay.
If you’re building a playlist that tells a story, this trio is your scaffold: step into the lights, brave the surge, then stay for the whisper. Hit play, share your standout moment, and tell a friend who needs a soundtrack for January’s mood swings. Subscribe for more deep-dives, drop a review if you enjoyed the ride, and let us know which song you’re carrying into the week.

SPEAKER_01Yapanic. Woo-hoo. Oh, geez. I feel like Sugar. I feel like Sugar when New York went like whoop whoop whoop.
SPEAKER_00Well, I figure it's still close enough to to New Year's, right? The new year. We haven't made it halfway through January even yet.
SPEAKER_01So new. So we can still be a little like it has.
unknownI know.
SPEAKER_00But I figure we can still be a little celebratory, right?
SPEAKER_01Yes. Most definitely.
SPEAKER_00Oh man. So we're we're in a little bit of a crazy mood right now because we've just been all over the place. Yes. Emotionally, mentally, physically. Yes. Although we did take a break earlier this week to have some fun. We did. That was so awesome.
SPEAKER_01I I Sarah reminded me it was also their birthday. So we were like, ooh.
SPEAKER_00We went and saw the 40th anniversary viewing of Labyrinth with David Bowie. And it happened to be on his birthday. And also Elvis Presley's birthday. Yep. So, you know, big doings. Just so anyone who doesn't know, I have two black cats. Their names are Presley and Bowie. Yep. Specifically named after the artists, because you know. So what a quinky being.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. I was but yeah. Yeah. Oh my God. So that was a nice little break in the week. Yes. We also jonesing to go to more shows. Yes. Even though we went to see one in December. But for some reason, we're just like, uh, we need our next fix.
SPEAKER_00We need to do something. Well, because prior to that, we hadn't been to one since um July. That's true. The last thing we saw was the uh gin show in Newark. So that was that was a long time for Yeah. Yeah, girl, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Wow.
SPEAKER_00Oh my gosh.
SPEAKER_01I know. Eva, my boss, was like, so what is your next show? Like, it's not not quick enough. Not quick enough. It's gonna be next year. It's gonna be in December. That was last year than we were talking. Well, that's nice. And I'm like, no, I I'm usually going to one a month. I'm going through some relapse, you know.
SPEAKER_00I know, what's wrong? I haven't been out in a you know mass of people cheering in ages.
SPEAKER_01I need people energy. I need people energy. And then I'll complain about it. You tell that person.
Labyrinth Nostalgia And Fan Energy
SPEAKER_00Are you an energy vampire? I guess I am. That's why I need to go to concert. That's why I go to concert. Oh my god. That just reminded me. I had a weird, I had a weird dream that I was dealing with a vampire. Oh. And they kept trying to tell me they weren't. And I was like, no, I know you're a vampire. Don't lie to me. I just remembered that when I said energy vampire. Oh. But it was it was very strange. It was a strange dream. I woke up being like, what just happened? Because I was, I don't know, I was sort of intrigued and wanted to like maybe become a vampire, but then I was like, don't try and trick me into this. You know what I mean? Right. Like I was doubting whether I really wanted to be a vampire or if they were using their power on me. And then they're like, but I'm not a vampire. I'm like, you are. I know you are. Interesting. Yes, it was very strange. All right. Okay. I know, right? I should look that up, see what it's all about. So anyway.
SPEAKER_01Today we're talking about three songs that we have been listening to. One for like almost a month. Yeah. And two that they just recently dropped. Well, kind of recently, and as of like the end of December. One uh right, yeah. Yes. December. These are all December releases that we're gonna talk about. We're going to chat about King and Princess uh theater, which it just dropped in December. Um, also very, very, which it was on uh December as well. And then our lovely Juhani. Oh my god. Was that December? I want to say yes. Was his I thought maybe it was no, that was just recent, right? January 3rd, I think.
SPEAKER_00Like, yeah, I thought it was pretty recent.
SPEAKER_01Oh, I could be wrong. No, the song that we're discussing that was dropped on December 22nd. Oh, okay. The album, the EP came out came out. So, but we're talking to we're gonna be chatting about the single that came from that album. Okay, yeah, yeah. And that was December 22nd. Anyway.
SPEAKER_00Well, I was gonna say, and the reason we were one of them we've been listening to for a month is because we had a playlist, we had to change things up, and I was so when you put together the new playlist, I was like, she kept that song because you knew I was like I kept saying, I don't know why I'm really into that song. I'm like, we're keeping it.
SPEAKER_01We're keeping it with the playlist. It is a really good song. But let's why don't we start with King and Prince song theater that was released on uh December 24 from their newest album starring? Uh, if you don't know who King and Prince is, uh there are two member J-pop group under Starto Entertainment starring starring Ren Nagase and Kaito Takahashi. There's more history under King and Prince, but we're just now gonna talk about the current King and Prince.
SPEAKER_00Well, I was gonna say, if you want to know about the old King and Prince, you can listen to old episodes. Yes. But we're gonna yeah, we're gonna focus on the new King and So who's King and who's Prince? I know everybody asks that.
SPEAKER_01I guess if you're a fan of King and Prince, you choose who's gonna be your king and who's gonna be your prince. But they both do have that, they present themselves very royal. Yes, and I'm happy about that.
SPEAKER_00Regal energy.
SPEAKER_01Exactly. So the song theater, you want me to start first? Go for it. Okay. You started. Okay. So theater is like the first song of their album starring, the second it starts. I'm like, oh, is this the opener? You know? Uh, but it it really does feel like uh the way that starts lights like you entering a theater, you know, like it's kind of like you hear like on behind doors, like the the that, you know, that's it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that sort of muffled, wavery conversation going on.
Why These Three December Releases
SPEAKER_01This is kind of cool, you know. It feels like you're actually walking into Wheel Theater and you know, lights dim, kind of have that feel, you know, that like the movie, like the movie's about to start when you're walking in through those doors. There's like no easing into it. It just then it just throws you like straight into King and Princess World. I was like, yeah. And the sound wise, it's fun, it's funky, light groove, the bass touring is tang, you know, we love that bass. The beat keeps bouncing along, and therefore, you know it. I'm nodding my head because it's that grooving without realizing it, you know, it's just like yeah. So it's like bright, it moves, it it can totally, you know, you can picture the choreography. Um, I have seen the video. Oh, okay. I have not. I have seen the video, but I mean you can even if you have not seen it, you know, you can make your own choreo. Oh, yeah. You have seen as you know, we have plenty of Starto Talent episodes, so we can already picture in our heads a choreo for like each group. Because we can feel the vibe through the music. And then for King and Prince, I already like listening to it, and I was like, Yeah, this is a group that I can hear hearing the music, I can feel the choreo. I can like mayo on choreo. The cool thing about this song is that it feels good playing it in the background as it would be on stage. I would like to see that on stage, like live. Oh, yeah, yeah. Outbed's gonna be like so much fun, just like the way the song sounds. I would you miss it.
King & Prince: Theater First Impressions
SPEAKER_00Well, I I agree. I like that that opening, that wavery sort of muffled sound coming from somewhere, like even there behind backstage, like behind the curtain, and can hear the crowd out in front or something. Yeah, it's a very interesting. But I like that it's sort it's sort of funky, disco, great bass. There's that sort of um, I don't know if you remember Herbie Hancock, the like 80s synth guy. Yes. It's got sort of that feel, that synth that happens in it. The the beginning has sort of this very steady gait, sort of like you're not quite trudging, but you're you're sort of moving in a sort of state of unsuredness. You're you're like, all right, what's gonna happen, what's coming, where am I going? But then like, boom, yeah, they've got all this energy and they're welcome you into the theater, and they're just sort of explosive at one point. Like it just comes out and hits you, like the the curtain's opening to this. And about a minute in, there's sort of this swirling spinning to the music, like almost like you're spiraling out of control. Where's this gonna go? What's gonna happen? And then they invite you into the theater. Welcome to our theater, and they say it's calling you back, right? So this is someplace you go often, someplace you you sit and you you take part in frequently. And so there's a lot of little lyrics like in the background. They say suit and tie and work work and routine. So what I sort of got from this was that it's like they're talking about daily life being theater, right? That you you sort of go along day by day doing whatever, and then all of a sudden, at the end of the week, whatever the weekend comes, you're in the theater, boom, the curtains open, and you're part of this big scene, this big crowd, this huge energy. You know what I mean? Like so they're sort of dragging you out of the doldrums and putting you into the party mood. Like this vibe of just have a good time, break free from these, you know, whatever drags you down on the day-to-day, be it work or be it dealing with family, other people in general. But it's just really like this escape from the daily grind. And and that's what I like about is just this energy of not being short until that curtain opens and and you just get hit with lights and sound and people.
SPEAKER_01I like the the lyric where it says, Welcome to our theater.
Sound Design, Lyrics, And Daily Escape
SPEAKER_00I was like, Oh yeah. Yeah, exactly. And that's what I mean. It's like when that when that happens, there's sort of this whirring, and I did. I just kept picturing curtains open, even though I was thinking of this as a like your daily routine just breaking free for a little while. You know what I mean? I don't know. It was just so much fun. And the very last time that they're singing about, you know, Welcome to the Theater, It's Calling You, there's this like really strong twang of guitar and punctuation of bass and everything else. So it's just like the super funk happens at that moment, like waka waka, come on into this theater. I I don't know. It was I was in such a good mood listening to this song because I was thinking about like, oh yeah, this is the party at the end of the day or the end of the week or whatever. This dressing time. Yeah. But like you said, yeah, you could see them like doing their little thing back and forth, and just a really this is a good mood song, even if you even if you think of it in this like the trudging daily grind, daily This is good vibes, yeah. It's chill out, good vibes. It's all about the get away from that for a little while, just escape. The theater could be your mind when you take a moment to just stop and decompress. It could be physically going out and experiencing something, you know.
SPEAKER_01So now that you said the theater is your mind, hello. What about sometimes we say my my delulu theater?
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01You know, my delulu mind theater. Here we go. I'm talking about whatever that banter's happening. You know, welcome to Panic Delulu Theater.
SPEAKER_00But I was gonna say, I really I like how their voices work together. You know, when it used to be a larger group, there it was a different dynamic. These two together sound really good.
Very Very: Red Begging Returns Big
SPEAKER_01They have made it work with them too. They uh hone, it's just like it's just you and me, Ren. Or Kaito saying just you, you know. Or Ren says just you and me, Kaito, it's just you and me. You know, we got this. We're the two of us, we're gonna do this. And we have, you know. Um the track already has over five million streams, I believe. Hold on, let me double check on uh the Insta the uh this the the I don't know on the video though, I haven't checked the video yet. Okay, let me go to their album. Oh my god, yes, I'm right. So theater currently has five million four hundred and fifty-four thousand four hundred eight streams. Wow, yes, welcome to our theater. Yeah, obviously, people want to go to that tiara's are like we're on top of it. Because that's their fandom, tiara's queens that they are, or tiara, the queen, you know, me queen or queen kings, you know, could be both because the tiara is just the crown piece, it's not female, anyways. Even though anyways, okay, I'm just talking too much. But yes, we love, love, love, love. Yeah, definitely a groovy song, positive vibes, definitely chill out vibes, whatever you want to feel like it. Distress, and yeah, you can put it in the background and just screw at it. We'll love to see it live. Yeah. I mean, the videos out there, which is so much fun, but live, yeah. I will like to see that. Yeah. I will like, we'll like, we'll like. Which I'm gonna keep it like that. Which all right, moving on to the next song. I know what you were gonna say. I'm not gonna I'm not gonna be like like certain BTS um members start hinting things, dropping teasers, yes, stop it, which, anyways, that's another banter. So our next song goes for very, very name of the song is Red Begging. That song was to release on December 1st of 2025 for their EP Lost and Found. Now, Very Very is a South Korean boy band formed by Jellyfish Entertainment in 2018. They debuted on January 9th with Very Us. So now the group has just had a seventh anniversary. Wow, right? Wow, I know. Now, this is a group, I'm gonna mention it now because now we're talking about it. When I saw their first their debuted video and song, I was just like, I was like, meh. I remember. Meh. I was like, what happened? But then we saw them at K-Con in New York City, and I was like blown away. I was like, yo, I'm gonna take back what I just said about their meh. I think it was just that that video, that production, that song.
SPEAKER_00I don't know. Well, it was it was not as dynamic as most debut songs, you know. Yeah, so that's why I was even slower debut songs usually have something that stands out. But I I remember because we were we were talking about that back when when that happened, and I was like, Well, I I sort of get what you're saying. I'd have probably gone with something a little more yeah, but you know, not to say that it was a bad song, just that it was not for their first debut song.
SPEAKER_01I was surprised how it was just like, yeah, I was like, meh, you know, I had this in meh, but you know, I kept listening, then I saw them live and I was like, dang, wow, that's yeah, they were wow. It's just just that video and song that it was just like, what happened? Why why you why are you doing them dirty that way? They're really good. And then this song, ooh, oh my god. So yeah, very, very coming back with red begging. Oh my god, begging, begging, begging, not begging, begging okay, begging you, begging ya begging okay. Anyway, so it's it's been two years. It's actually been two years since the boys have dropped something, and let me tell you, they don't just they were not tiptoeing with this comeback, especially with the song.
SPEAKER_00I mean, the song This is like the debut, right?
SPEAKER_01This yo, I was just like, it and the way that it just sounds with this like like something's bad's gonna happen. That violin, boom, I'm like, what? What is this? This I was like I was like, okay, you got my attention because that was completely weird, unexpected. The song itself is just intense, like just like yeah, right away. They're they're using that that begging melody, and and you know, oh okay, I need to compose myself. Find words, fine. That's how I was with it. I'm like, wait, okay, but then it it just flips into this like dramatic bass heavy track and the strings and the driving beat, and just like it keeps pushing because even with their vocals, oh MG, the verses come in strong, uh, the chorus just like hits with that. Oh my god. Right? Oh my god, those notes, and it's just like feels like uh very, very it's just very very intense.
SPEAKER_00Very, very, very intense.
SPEAKER_01Uh I get why people just like kind of like feels some of the verses kind of nostalgic some of their songs, other songs, but but for me it works like because it just mashes the emotion of that, you know. Begging for you. And it was like, I don't know why it's called red, because I don't remember hearing red at all. They um no, they do. They they're like, red, live or die, live or die. Okay. I I don't okay. So I completely missed that.
SPEAKER_00Unless I'm mishearing it, but I thought they said red and then live or die, live or die.
SPEAKER_01But literally, it's just like straight longing, like it's desperate. They don't want to give up. That energy. Honestly, it makes sense for like a comeback to be that strong, which I am so happy. It is just very intense. And it just to the production itself with the music, with the strings, and then their vocals and the harmonies. Yes, just completely intense. So um, I would like to check the rest of the two songs that they have in there. I have not, but this one, because we have been listening to it for like about a month. It's that's all I have in my head. Love. Love this song.
Epic Imagery, Strings, And Longing
SPEAKER_00No, I well, that's what I was like. So glad you kept it from the original grouping that we had. Because I was like, oh, bummer that we won't be able to, but hey, you know, better late than never to talk about something. So yeah, that dramatic chord, and then the timpani drum dun dun dun dun dun at the beginning. You're like, what is this? I do like what what's coming? And then they're like, oh, ooh. You know what I mean? Like these dreamy voices. You're like, okay, where's this going? Like, because you've got this you know, gentle flowing. But then it drops into this like super bass and like heavy beats and a little funk somewhere in there, and singing violins and a crying guitar at some point. You know what I mean? Because like it's just this cacophony, right? My five dollar word there. Big sound. Big sound. Every once in a while. Well, you're like every once in a while, you gotta use like a dramatic word for a dramatic sound. So it's it's weird though, because all of these different sounds come together to create sort of a slightly haunting, but also like slightly adventurous sounding. Like you're like gonna start off on some sort of epic journey with this song. You're everybody's dressed in their, you know, semi-leather and metal armor, right? To go trudging off to face something. It's I know. Sometimes I get weird imagery in my head.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I'm like, what are you looking at? I'm like, looking more at this guy just begging you to you like to stay.
SPEAKER_00But like well, but see, it's I don't know. I had this just very epic adventure, I don't know, sci-fi fantasy imagery in my head of these guys searching for you to fix whatever was happening, to to stabilize these emotions that are sort of all over the place. And the all right, so part of the part of the reasoning for this is because if you think of some of the the English lyrics that I could hear, not a myth, right? So RA, you're top talking about epic adventure story here. We'll survive, savior, revive, give me that chance, and forget me not, right? So these sort of tell this rich story of determination and longing and needing to accomplish something. So that's what I'm saying is they're they're on this legendary journey to find, I don't know, us, the audience, the the fans, and make sure that everybody's feelings and emotions are still sort of all together. And and so they're gonna save us by finding us and bringing us back. So you know what I mean? They're gonna be our savor, savior. We got to give them that chance. They don't want us to forget them, forget me not. And it's not a myth. They're real, they're back, they're here, you know. Yeah, after two years, like where you bimboo. Right? So this is just I don't know. Again, this just the urgent sound to the music and the vocals, and just this intense, deep desire and passion for you know, all these emotions to bloom, because they do talk about blooming. Bloom, you know.
SPEAKER_01You know, forget me not is a flower.
SPEAKER_00Yes, it is. That's yes, that's another thing, right? So I was like, this whole song, just every time I heard it, I was just like overwhelmed. You know, I was I was feeling romantic and dreamy, and then I was feeling intense and like fiery, and it just took me through the whole range of emotions in one song. And I just I could not get it out of my head all the time. So when you were switching up the you were like, all right, we need to get a new playlist because all the other songs are too old. I was like, oh no. It's like I really liked Red Begin. Oh no. I was like, fine, I'll keep it in there for you. But this one, yeah, I just it lights like a fire in your soul. You're like, oh yes, I want to be like part of whatever's going on right now. This is like intense, incredible bonding emotion. Yes.
SPEAKER_01So yes, the guys that love great yes, they just absolutely one thing about this group that um they also do their own production and they write as well. So I didn't find out the credits for who wrote uh Begin or Red Begin. Red Begin. Begin. Uh but ooh, geez, intense.
SPEAKER_00Yes, it is right, it is. It's it is, it's just an epic journey. And that's why I said so. That was where all this weird imagery of them fighting for for you to come back to be part of it or rebuild this realm.
SPEAKER_01Like the holy grail from my Monty Python.
SPEAKER_00A little less comical, a little darker. Like Lord of the Rings? No, that's this okay, not that dark.
SPEAKER_01Well, if you're gonna make it darker, you can do Game of Thrones. That's the that's like super dark.
Joohoney x Rei: Push, Don’t Push
SPEAKER_00Not quite that, but okay. Maybe like a sort of a cross between Holy Grail and Dune. How's that? Dune? That's in the But Dune's in the future. That's but remember I said at the beginning it was sort of a sci-fi fantasy because it it all got mixed up in my head. Well, it must have been that vampire dream theater. Because, like I said, I I saw like a red sky behind them and them in like I don't know, black leather, but with pieces of armor, metal armor. So that's why I was like, dune. Because they were those leather. Yes, my mind goes really strange places again. Welcome to Sarah's the Lulu Theater. See Mad Men, Mad Men, that's like I said, now you know this is live, not memories. Moving on to a lighter song, uh, a completely different vibe.
SPEAKER_01Oh my god, and um, and of course, this are one of our fames, Juhaning from Monster X. He is the rapper of well, one of the rappers of Monster X. He has dropped a solo EP, I believe. But uh actually for the leading track was pushed featuring Ray from Ivy. Yes. So I'm like, oh, this is cool. I like this. Most of the time when there's a solo release, it's just only the artist. But Johanny, bring in somebody in for this uh leading track. I'm like, yay! And her voice, oh my god.
SPEAKER_00I know, right?
SPEAKER_01We have not done a deep dive on Ivy. No, we have not. We should, because they are really good, awesome vocals for the ladies. But we're gonna put that aside. That's like a teaser, but we're gonna be chatting about his leading track, Push. So again, Juhany, this is a completely vibe of Juhanny, as we all know him. He is, you know, the savage rapper of Monster X. Because when he gets into that rap, oh my god. You get just involved and riled up and just pimped up and like, yeah, I can feel that energy. He just like throws that energy out there to you. You can feel it. In your face, and it's I loved about him because you feel it. I feel it. At least I feel it. I get goosebumps when he does his thing. I'm like, yeah, boy, yes, you got my attention. I love snubs, anyways. Huh.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_01So, first off, this is not your typical Johanny. This is not typical Johanny banter. This is a very mellow, RB leading, kind of soft, intense as well. You know, I was because I was feeling it. It's his voice. I can feel it. And of course, Ray's voice, oh, so sweet. Her vocals are just like the vibes, the vibes with the those two. It felt like it was that, you know, relationship kind of song, you know. I mean, push. Well, it's kind of like let's keep pushing for this relationship, I'm assuming. Not like pushing you away, you know, just like let's get a little more acquainted just put taking it slow. Of course, just like the vibes. I feel very like floaty, low tones, just like so much work. Oh my god, it's okay. The production is like super minimal. It was muted with synth, soft percussions, nothing screaming for attention. Some people may say that it was like lacking maybe on the hook, but I mean push. Push you know. But the vibes are just really smooth, chill vibes, but the mood is it just feels more like I don't know. It's just like trying to either push it or just push it slowly.
SPEAKER_00I don't know. Or or maybe not so much push, but right. Because I was gonna say, actually, yeah, the the way he says push. Right. It's sort of accentuated a little more at the the beginning of the word than you know push. I don't yeah, it's it's just perfect.
SPEAKER_01The feels is perfect for me because you know, uh yeah, I'm I'm I'm totally biased on Johanny, but I like this different side of Johanny, as per the one that we know him very well, just being intense and you know, in your face. And this is just like, no, we're just gonna take it slow, you know, let's have a chat. I mean, let's let's not push things. Let's not push. Just just feel the vibes. We're here together. And then her voice, you know, it's like I know that's kind of kind of a relationship, but they don't wanna push into it too hard. I'm like, oh, so I love this. This is like so chill vibes. Loved you, honey. And love Ray. And at the end, her um of course she spoke Japanese at the end. Yes. I was just like, what are you saying? What are you saying? Is it just saying, let's not, you know, take it easy.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, well being my friend. I don't know. A little dismissive.
SPEAKER_01Well, whatever. You know, da da da da da. Exactly. Which is gonna be friend, which is good. All right. But love this song. This is one that I also woke up in my head, you know, like push. Yeah. So sweet. So sweet.
SPEAKER_00Because I thought he was gonna come in with his usual Well, he's got another one out now that that was the one I was like, I thought that would be the one he would use.
SPEAKER_01But no, but he completely he's like, No, it's gonna be different. I was like, and I for me it works. Yeah, oh yeah, no, absolutely. For me, he's like, I'm gonna mix it up. Yes.
SPEAKER_00And he oh god, love.
SPEAKER_01Another one that I love. Go ahead.
Contrast, Chemistry, And Minimal R&B
SPEAKER_00Well, I was gonna say, yeah, I definitely agree. R and B with those like strong chords. He's like smooth like honey, R you honey, right? Only his voice is a little bit rough sounding, like compared to her sweet, oh yeah, compared to Ray's sweet vocals. Like when they're singing that I'm fallen, fallen, fallen. Like you can hear he's he's a little bit rougher. Like he's like, I'm falling, fallen, fallen. She's like, Oh, I'm falling, fallen, falling. You know what I mean? So it's I really like that contrast between their vocals. I agree. This sounds like two people who who like each other, right? And they're trying to they're they're sort of bantering back and forth about how are how are we gonna approach this, right? He sounds a little like he's trying to play it cool, you know, like la la la. Because there's one point he's like, you know, so he's hey, I'm really into you, but you know, whatever. Hey, zesh. Yeah. If you're not into it, you know what I mean. So let's not push it, you know. Yeah. So he's like, I'm gonna play it cool. And he he sounds that way. His delivery is like that sort of overconfident guy who's not really confident about it. Like, like, it's okay, babe, whatever. So he's yeah, a little like, you know, if it happens, it happens, babe. What? But then she's like, Well, okay, she says all sweet in English, I like you, say the word, and I'll be there. So she's saying it sweetly, but she's also sort of that's like a dismissal. Dude, you you're not playing your cards right at the moment. I do like you, but you are pushing me. And he's like, let's not push. And she says, Don't push. And so it's it's very cute. So he's she's like, All right, so you're being this way. Oh, well, we can take it or leave it. And she's like, Well, I do like you. And if you call, I'll be there. But you know what? Right now, I'm walking away. Sweetly and cutely. Yeah, I'm gonna push you away because you're you're trying to be all the guy. Yeah, the the like, oh yeah, I can take it or leave it. You're you know, hey. When really he wants to be with you, he wants this relationship, but he's he doesn't want to show that. Right, yeah. His friends might be watching and think that he's you know whipped or something. So he's like, nope, nope. So it's very I I like that that there's that play between how they're handling it. Like she's like, oh yeah, you think you're being smooth, but what I'm gonna do is softly, gently, sweetly dismiss you, and then you're gonna be like, oh, wait, wait. I'm not pushing you away. I just don't want to push you. So come back. So it's really I like that that playfulness and that back and forth sort of energy between them. I I just really I thought it was very good. And they're just yeah, testing the waters. How are we gonna take this next step? Who's gonna take the next step? How are we gonna move this along? And I liked all the little that beginning of this. There's that weird, it sounded like water dripping through some like doot do I don't know, it was crazy. Very interesting sounds going on in this. Yeah, this is just I I really like the the whole idea of their pushing each other away even though they want to get closer. They want to be closer.
SPEAKER_02Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_00And so yeah, it's like like don't push. I'm gonna push. Uh yeah, I mean, the the way you can take it either way was just so cool. And just he is uh he's too smooth by half, yeah, I have to say. Like how could you resist that voice, those dimples, that face?
SPEAKER_01These dimples, girl. Those dimples kill me. Right. Oh my god. When he gives us like cheese, even Ava smiled. I'm like, oh I'm gonna do so cute. Just just uh so cute.
SPEAKER_00He is. I know he's but yeah, this is this is a great, like just relax song. Just kick back, enjoy yourself, have a little cup of whatever, you know, and just de-stress, decompress. Too good. I can't yeah, I I'm looking forward to hearing the rest of it, listening to the rest of it. Yes, because like I said, he's got another single out now that I'm like, wow, yeah, boom. Yeah, Juhani, signature Juhanny, love but this is a good departure for him. Like, this isn't what you expect from him, exactly, and it's awesome.
