The lights go down, the bass hits, and we realize one screening won’t be enough. We grab two nights of Stray Kids on the big screen, get our biases wrecked by Changbin’s power and duality, and come away convinced: repetition doesn’t dilute the moment, it deepens it. Between the close-up interviews, unit stages, and a set design that refuses to sit still, the film turns performance into a masterclass in craft and stamina.

We start with something softer but equally charged: what a “final” wave of Arashi merch means when a group has soundtracked your life. Clear files, Uchiwa, and years of magazines aren’t clutter; they’re a living archive. That sparks a bigger idea—turn collections into a fan-led exhibit at a cafe or gallery, with donations supporting causes that align with the artists’ values. Curation by the community, for the community.

From there, we widen the lens. Trainee life and dorm pressure echo our own cramped roommate horror stories; proximity builds friction, but it also creates performance chemistry you can’t fake. We look at how labels are stepping up legal action against malicious posts and how online “anonymous” doesn’t hold in court. And when BTS's V has private messages surface as evidence without consent, we draw a line: public figures deserve boundaries, and consent still matters, even in headline season.

We also track industry shifts that signal real change. BMSG moves toward a COO and a risk compliance office—proof that creativity scales best with structure. NUMBER_i taps WME for international growth, hinting at U.S. stages and maybe a tour circuit. And for KCON, we make the Boston case—great venues, easy transit, fans who show up—and map how regional stops can build lasting audiences beyond the usual LA and (once upon a time) NYC anchors.

If you’re here for fandom realities, tour talk, governance moves, and the thrill of getting your heart hijacked by a performance, you’re in the right place. Hit play, feel the rush, and then tell us: which moment stole your breath, and where should the next tour stop land? Subscribe, share with a friend who needs a bias wake-up call, and leave a review to help more listeners find us.

Warm-Up, Breaks, And Live Memories

SPEAKER_01

Welcome everybody to another episode of Music Elixir with me, Satar She and Miss DJ Panic. I don't know why I was so and feeling I don't know saucy, sassy. Something.

SPEAKER_02

We took a break. Well, we're not really, yeah. We took a weekend to be with our families.

SPEAKER_01

But we still had we we made sure to record pre-record something. Yes. Well, I mean everything's pre-recorded. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

You know what I mean? Should we start this again? Miss Sarah. Oh geez. We're not live. This is recorded. It's never been live. We haven't done a lot.

SPEAKER_01

We know. Well, no, we did um a couple of times we've done like a uh whatever space thing on X. Remember?

SPEAKER_02

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

We've done that, but that was a long time ago, actually.

SPEAKER_02

We also appeared on the radio station. You have been live there. Yes. Those were like quick comments when we did our RSH, you know, celebrations. Yeah, that was during pandemic. That was fun. Decorating the lobby of the station. Happy birthday to the boys. That was cool.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. So good times, good times.

Arashi Farewell Merch And Collection Ideas

SPEAKER_02

Yes. So, oh, now that I'm saying now okay, let's talk about Rashim. Are you ready to lose money? Oh, for the merch? The merch that drop. I know, right? I'm like, oh this is the last merch, right? I know. Yes. This is like the last merch. Unless they do something out of the blue, but this is gonna be it. I know. I I know. I mean they gotta make millions of things because people want to have the last thing.

SPEAKER_01

Oh yeah, absolutely. I really like the um there's uh a pouch and it's reversible. Yes. So it's either sort of, you know, tame or wild and crazy. So I like that.

SPEAKER_02

I'm sh I'm sure you're gonna be getting the Uchiwa, the most current Uchiwa. Because you just have to get the most current Uchiwa that's well I always I always get the clear files.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. I love those. You know, they're good for just stuffing extra papers in and having, you know. Yeah. So uh my collection. Yeah. I could like I could donate it to an Rashi museum. I have so much stuff. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Hey, did that's um you know ooh, you just brought an idea. You can do an RShi exhibit of memorabilia. Yeah. You can you know, like find a cafe or something and be like, ah, today we're having, you know, an RShi da-da-da. You can eat it could even be free so people can just see it, or you can also make it as a donation event. Yeah, I was gonna say donations. You know, for I don't know, something that you'll like or something that have RShi backed up anything, any organization like in the past?

SPEAKER_01

I'm not really sure. They just they've done a lot of I I don't really want to say promotions, but they've done a lot of like giving back to the community kind of things other ways. Oh wait, no, yes, after the tsunami in 2011, yeah, they donated a a lot. Okay. Is there like a they did fundraisers and they did they went and visited the area and surrounding areas, you know what I mean? Like that got worst hit there.

SPEAKER_02

Was there like an organization that they were like helping, you know, with you know, donations or whatnot? You expect me to remember that long ago? Hello, you're a fan. I thought you would. Oh my god. You know, like all right, she's working, I don't know, with the Red Cross, for example, you know, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I don't think it was I don't think it was specifically that I'm trying to remember, but they did they did do some stuff. Okay. And they definitely went and they've always gone and worked with the community, you know, and visiting schools, so you know, teaching kids little life lessons and whatnot. So they're philanthropists.

Fan Exhibit Dream: Museums, Cafes, Donations

SPEAKER_02

Okay. So just like an idea out there for universe, you know. Uh maybe an event with your memorabilia, maybe find other orations who will like to also be part of the exhibit and uh either have a free or be like, or a donation for I don't know, some organization that you feel like RH might like to like maybe be behind and send those donations to to that. No, it's just I think it's just awesome. I know. Well, wow. And I'm sure I'm not the only one somebody have people have done that. You know, they have extensive collections or something, and it's like, oh, so we're showing collections from fans, and uh the the admission will go to blah blah blah organization for da-da-da-da. You know? Yeah. Well, something to think about, yeah. Because I'm sure you have you have your magazines. Oh god. You have all the Uchiwas, you have all I mean, sh you know, whatever other clear files, pencil boards.

SPEAKER_01

I got the little uh finger bands from oh I can't even remember which tour it was. But I I mean, yeah, I've just got loads of stuff. It's mostly Uchiwas, clear files, and pencil boards. Okay. Definitely magazine stuff, but wow, you know. Okay. That's a lot. Like the other stuff's easier to sort of display. I used to before the great flood in my room where they had to redo everything, I had the Uchiwas like all pinned up on the wall. Yeah. In chronological order. From youngest to oldest. Yep. I even have like a junior's Uchiwa. And some of their little faces are on it. It's cute. It's cute when they pre pre-debu.

SPEAKER_02

Wow. Yeah. See? See? Yeah. It's an idea. Yes, definitely. It's an idea. So, anyways, so um, so you're gearing up for that. Start thinking about that, maybe round up some orations. That would be cool. We'll probably have to find, like, I don't know, maybe a cafe or something like that. Uh some gallery. Yeah. Okay. Figure it out. Yeah. That's a pin that pin that idea out there, you know? And just to say, isn't if I hear some podcast talking about this, I'm gonna be like, oh, you've been listening. Exactly. You've been listening.

SPEAKER_01

I well, like I said, I always sort of had the idea, like, you know, I could just give it to a um a museum dedicated to RSH and all their memorabilia. But I like the cafe idea before I do that. Yeah. Definitely cool.

SPEAKER_02

With that being said, there's an event coming up in March for actually stray kids. Oh yes. And we were we were like, what, Lotlow, Massachusetts? Yeah, so close. We're like, what?

SPEAKER_01

Two towns over. It's pretty cool.

SPEAKER_02

So we're like gearing up to Dan. It's just and all the cafe. They're gonna be um having a stray kids party because a local DJ is actually gonna be the uh the DJ for the for the event. So they're gonna be dancing. Um, I think they're gonna be also selling things for straight kids because it's part of the store. They're doing this this thing.

SPEAKER_01

Um yeah, I saw something about you know, like photo cards and stuff will be available.

SPEAKER_02

So we're excited for that. So now that I said stray kids, Sarah and I, we went cray cray, not really cray cray.

SPEAKER_01

No, we did two nights. We did a a weekend of stray kids dominate event.

Local Stray Kids Event On The Horizon

SPEAKER_02

Yes. Stray kids dominate. Stray kids dominate was on the theaters, it was still in the theaters, or maybe it just ended. Um, we're recording on February 21st, just to let you know. But it was uh on two of our local theaters. It was also on IMAX. It was also on another big screen type of thing, but we couldn't get to the IMAX. I was down in Connecticut. Yeah, that's either I uh yeah or Boston.

SPEAKER_01

We'd have had to travel.

Stray Kids Dominate: Two Nights, No Regrets

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. So I was like, oh we'll just do this like our local theater. Give them giving our support. So we went on the Friday and the Saturday. Yeah. We oh my god, that feels so good. I know, and in oh, so family war, like, why two dates? Why are you gonna see them again? You know, it's like you don't understand. And I've been seeing reels of people are like, why are you going for two dates? Why why are you seeing them again? Why are you seeing this group again? Why what is the neat? It's like you don't know when this is gonna happen. This is a tour that we could not go to. Yeah, and and uh I was just you know, this is our best chance, just go as much as we can. I mean, I was gonna do the whole weekend, but I think today it was okay.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, we've done the multiple shows in one day, and that's tough. That really drains you. But two days in a row is not too bad. And I mean, we went to yeah we regretted not doing two days of sugar show. Oh my god. So we did the two days of gin.

SPEAKER_02

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

We're gonna do two days of BTS.

SPEAKER_02

Yes. And we've we've done, you know. Yeah. One day's not enough.

SPEAKER_01

No, definitely.

SPEAKER_02

It's like one day's final season, whatever, and then the next, then the next show comes up and you're like, Wanna go back?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, wanna go back in. We end up with FOMO.

SPEAKER_02

Wanna go back in, we'll see the boys again, because I don't know why I'm gonna see them again. So I'm just like, hey, if I can do two dates, I'm going for it. You know, if it's three dates, yeah, I kinda want to. Well, because I told family was like, hey, wanna go again on Sunday? And they're like, I need money. I'm like, I forgot. Your budget is smaller than mine. That was just like such a cool show. You know, awesome. Oh my god, they're so good. And of course, we saw them at K Con many moons ago.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, we did.

SPEAKER_02

You know, like what eight seven years ago? Yes, and they were kind of like pre-debuted or debuted, so it was it was completely different. You know, they were younger, but we were just come they just started getting their idol, you know, momentum, getting their footing, yeah. Exactly in the industries, and now, oh my god, just I was oh my god, I'm like, what happened to my little booze? They're just like, oh my goodness, they're not little anymore. No, definitely not. They have completely changed from their attitude. Fe-seek, hello, you know, like we were like, hey, what am I? Who who's the thick one now?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I was it was funny. I was looking at something, like, someone made a comment online about how he used to be the smallest member. Yeah. And like he's like, I need to work myself up and stand out. In case you don't know who we're talking about, we're talking about Changbin. And it's funny, right? Because I went into this, like you said, family came with a friend, and we were all talking about, you know, who's your bias, whatnot. And I was like, Oh, I like Bang Chan. I've always liked him. Yeah. Once we got in there, I was like, who is that? And why have I never noticed him before? Because, like, see, and that's the problem with having a bias, is you focus too much on them.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

That you sort and and again, because we've been following for for a long time. And you know, we've talked about them and and albums they've dropped and stuff. But like when you have a bias and you're not a total stan of the group, yeah. Like I like their music and stuff, but I I didn't follow them the same way I do some of our other, you know, faves. Um, so I was just like, How did I not notice him? Yeah. I know.

SPEAKER_02

It was like you've been replaced. The transformation, yes, the bias wrecker. Yeah. The bias record comes around, does a swipe you, and you're like, Yeah. What?

SPEAKER_01

I guess I shouldn't say replaced, but no, you still have your bias.

SPEAKER_02

You've now got a partner in crime. You still you still have your bias. It's just your the bias record will come around, you're like, oh god.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, he was more than a wrecker, he was like a wrecking crew. Like I was like, wow, wow. And then I saw something else. You know, people do those artist and this is your song of the month and whatever, blah, blah, blah. Someone did one with the units in your your song based on the unit, whatever. Ours is the um Oh, what is it? The one that Chambin and IN did, the Burning Tires. So that was the one we we saw in this tour documentary, I guess you can call it. So they were doing the little like motorcycle or car, you know, they created that big V and whatever. But it was just I thought it was kind of funny because I was like, oh, so the March Pisces, you know, song is my new additional bias, my bias record. And I N. But you know what I mean? So it was really funny. I was like, oh my gosh, that's our song. Oh, there you go. Okay, we're burning tires.

SPEAKER_02

Well, he he sort of wrecked you a little too. Oh my god, yeah. Went to you and I'm like, oh my god, who's the thick one? What's it's like, wow, he's beefy. We like the beefy.

SPEAKER_01

And everybody, don't get us wrong. We don't mean heavy or chubby. We mean like he we're talking about muscle. Like, yeah, he's just solid.

SPEAKER_02

Solid. Like muscles, just like, oh, I re I found a reel that somebody had created. It had Wano. I share it with you. Oh, yeah, yeah. Wano, it had him also show new. Uh oh my god, who else? There were like five. Yeah. And I was like, oh yeah, completely. These these all these guys are just like, whoa, you know?

SPEAKER_01

Absolutely, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

So yeah, the piss his physique has transformed that we're like, uh not like his voice, and as a performer, he's not a you know, a plus, but it's just like that gave it that cherry on the top that we're like, I don't know, plus his personality live. I know he's so he's so cute.

Bias Wrecked: Changbin’s Physique And Duality

SPEAKER_01

So duality, right though? Like he's like fierce and intense rapper, and like in your face, and then he puts on the pink bunny barrette, and he can get cute little heart, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Oh my god. I'm like, look at him, he's just like so proud of wearing that bunny on his head. He's like rock. I'm like, yeah, you wear it so well. He looks so cute.

SPEAKER_01

He did, he looks so cute. But that was like talk about an intense performance, right? Like from beginning to end, it was just action-packed. I was like, wow.

SPEAKER_00

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_02

I like the interviews for each member. You get to learn a little bit more about each member. Felix kind of like broke my heart a little bit, you know, because it's like, yeah, he was having like troubles, you know, being a trainee.

SPEAKER_01

And I'm like, Well, I would say everybody does so. Yeah. That's a rough and we've talked about this before. Mm-hmm. It's gotta be a rough life. It's gotta be.

SPEAKER_02

Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_01

You know what I mean? You're just you're away from your family, you're in there from 6 a.m. to midnight working your butt off. I mean just and thrown in with like hundreds of other people all fighting for a spot somewhere, you know? Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Definitely a hard life. And living together in a dorm because after the group is being like picked. Yes. It's like, okay, now you're all gonna live in this dorm room. Shove you all in together. We're gonna put you in like one room with like double beds with three double beds, so everybody's in there. It's crazy.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it is. It is.

SPEAKER_02

It's like, oh man.

SPEAKER_01

It's it's like college, but worse because it's more people in a room.

SPEAKER_02

I only have one roommate. It was one room and one roommate, and that's it. And still that was a pain in the butt.

SPEAKER_01

It's like no privacy either. Yeah, it was awful. Well, and especially because a lot of times it's with someone you don't even know.

SPEAKER_02

Yep. Luckily, yeah, they pair you. The college will pair you. Oh, we find that this person, unless you know somebody.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and you have to put in a request to be able to be roomed with someone.

SPEAKER_02

Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So luckily when I when I went to college, I did have a bad roommate to start, but one of my friends was in the same dorm, so we just traded roommates. Okay. We gave my roommate to her and we swapped out. But we had to we had to make a case for it. I was like, seriously, this girl and I do not fit. It's gonna be bad.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, no. That's the girl that they the school pair me with, uh, just because she know her mom was also Spanish, so she was a half fool. Oh she knew some Spanish. So this okay, yeah, you guys. I'm like, okay, I met the parent. They're really nice, but then after they left, yeah, like yeah. My roommate from hell, and I'm like, dude, like really exactly. I'm not gonna go into details, but things happen in that room that I'm like, get out of here. That's how I was. I need to get out of here.

SPEAKER_01

Like, I'm not safe, like not safe. Oh, that bad. Mine was just like inconsiderate to the max. Like complained about all of my stuff, but then used all my stuff. You know, I was like, you're so materialistic, and then is using all of my materialistic things, like a stereo. I'm sorry, I like music. I wanted my stereo, and it wasn't even like a big, you know, sound system, it was a little compact stereo thing and the mini fridge. Because I was like, the ki the dining hall's not always open, the dining room's not always open. I want to have, you know, a soda on hand, some juice, whatever. Day three, she had all kinds of stuff in there. In your mini fridge. Yeah, using up all the space. I was like, and it by day five, I was leaving it all on her bed. I took it all out, left on our bed, because I was like, you know what? Because it was that bad from the start. Her like just treatment of me. I was like, you know what? Found her tapes in my stereo. The b back when there were tapes, cassette tapes, not a CD. I'd be like, what the so when I'm not here, you're using my stuff, but complaining about it. So yeah. No, mine was the opposite.

SPEAKER_02

We share they we all had a mini fridge. We share that.

SPEAKER_01

Well, this was my own. The school didn't provide it.

SPEAKER_02

Okay. No, where I was, they had a mini fridge for us. No, she just um was very friendly. Yeah. Very friendly.

SPEAKER_01

But a psycho.

SPEAKER_02

No, no, very friendly with men.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, oh. Oh yeah. Oh, you so you had strangers in the room all the time.

Trainee Life, Dorm Stories, And Grit

SPEAKER_02

Exactly. Okay, I'm not gonna say much because that's just like flashbacks, bad memories. Yeah, no, people are gonna be like, Oh my god. I'm like, yeah, uh I was in in danger.

SPEAKER_01

Gotcha. Anyways, so so that's the nightmare that can happen being thrown in with a bunch of people you don't know. But they yeah, it's slightly different for them because they're not allowed really to have outside contact.

SPEAKER_02

Well, exactly.

SPEAKER_01

They but you're still living with strangers.

SPEAKER_02

Don't they have like a chaperone that comes in once in a while? Yeah, so they just were there with no chaperone. They just look in surroundings to see who's not supposed to be in the building and does it, but not like in the room. Anywho. Oh, Lord have mercy. But yeah, you know, I I I always say, I am lucky I survived that, you know. Then I was like, okay, I'm moving out. And then um, yeah, move out temporarily with this, make friends with another Puerto Rican girl who was in fashion, and her roommate was into advertising. And I was just like, uh I'm just need to find a place till I find a place. I slept in their living room, but at least it was their living room. They have their own rooms and whatever, and that was fine. That was cool, and that was good until I found an apartment. But, anyways, yeah. But oh man, yeah, then I have to tell them the stories that was happening. They're like, Oh my god, this and this could happen to you, and I'm like.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

I know. That's why I had to leave. Wow.

SPEAKER_01

Some people. Mm-hmm. Not meant to live with others. Like my roommate. Your roommate.

SPEAKER_02

Oh yeah. I can give you more juicy details, but I don't know if I'll put it over here. There should be splicit. Splicit content. But this is not no no more no longer about music now. It's about our past college years.

SPEAKER_01

Well, we were tying it into the whole idea of you know when when the groups are formed, they're just thrown into a dorm together. Yep. And you don't know, but it they kind of do know each other a little better than we did our college roommates because they were working together. They'd met, they knew each other from the training. But it's different, yes. But still doesn't mean you're automatically gonna get along. Of course. But I think these guys do, they got a good rapport and they interact well on stage with each other.

SPEAKER_02

But it was yeah, it was an amazing, you know, show.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, it was.

SPEAKER_02

Oh my goodness. So uh I'm sure it's gonna come out on DVD and everybody will get it. Uh there's another one coming out for M Hyphen. Yes, there is. I was thinking about doing that as well, so stay tuned. I'm hoping that they also bring it out in Hadley, because right now I only see like two dates out in West Springfield.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, the our very local theater, the one closest to us, is always late with the announcements and pickup of these types of things. Yeah. We've been through this a few times with them. So we'll check it out. But I was just the sets were amazing, the choreography and the the concepts that they were doing were amazing.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

It was just so much fun. I like so wish we had been able to go see them. Now after seeing that, I was like, dang. So when they go on tour again, they're on the list. Oh man.

SPEAKER_02

Well, the same thing with ATs, you know. I want to see them live. We saw them. We did see them. We did again, the same the same time as three kids.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. You know, it's so funny. We've seen all these like pre-debut. We've seen all these groups. Pre-debut.

SPEAKER_02

And now we're gonna be fighting for our lives. I know to see them again. That's why I'm like, when is K Kong gonna come up to New York? When is K Kon gonna come up to New York, you know, to see this group before before they become like huge?

SPEAKER_01

I know, right?

SPEAKER_02

Uh oh, they send me a survey of like, oh yeah, blah da-da-da. And I don't know. So I I fill out the survey that K Kon had put, uh actually that came out. I received that survey maybe a few months ago of like pricing and how do you the packages and how do you think it's Did you just keep answering, bring it back to New York? That's what I said, because in some things it's like, well, this I like when you did in New York City and blah blah blah. Yeah. So I kept putting yeah. Because I'm like, come on, unless you want to do one in Boston.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I don't know if they'd do that, but there's plenty of places to have it.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Loads of cons go there, comic cons and exactly or con and so they could do it for sure.

SPEAKER_02

So I don't know, but you know, bring it back to New York, bring it back to your house just like they did last time, you know. So they have the was it at I forgot the the anyway, when they had it there and then you had to go to MSG for the show. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Oh yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

The Javits Center. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So I like that. You enjoyed it. And we got to look around New York while we were at, you know, in between times.

SPEAKER_02

Exactly.

SPEAKER_01

In our downtime. So yeah, it was no, it was amazing. It was really cool.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And now that I'm thinking of it though, they could yeah, they could totally do it in Boston. Totally do it in Boston.

SPEAKER_02

So start thinking. What center and where they can have the concerts. Just like we did with BTS. We're like Gillette Stadium, hello, Gillette Stadium. We can hold a concert there for BTS. Come on and look.

SPEAKER_01

Look, look, look what happens. Exactly.

SPEAKER_02

Okay, so we gotta put out there the details for these people to listen and start, you know, thinking what to do.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, all right. Come on, K-Con organizers. Look at a few of the places in Boston.

SPEAKER_02

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_01

Cause like those Comic Cons are no joke. Those are huge and they don't in Boston huge. Yeah, it's incredible.

SPEAKER_02

The one in Boston is huge. I mean, I remember when it was just a small thing and it had in like a few years it had become huge. Like people can't wait for Boston anime. It's crazy. Crazy. Oh, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

That's another one that's huge. Yeah. That one's usually at the prudential. I think the uh Comic-Con was I haven't been in several years, but the last time I went was at Seaport, which is a good size space. And right down the street is the pavilion. Yep. So they could do the shows. I mean it's outdoor, it's open air, but so what? Kind of small though. Yeah, it is, but that's kind of it's close by. That's the key. But mom, you can because I'm I'm trying to think of like the other venues that you could have the con in and then where you could see a show. Like the proximity.

SPEAKER_02

Well, the biggest thing of is TD, the garden.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I was gonna say it's not like Boston's such a ginormous city that you could get the tea anywhere.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, exactly.

SPEAKER_01

No, it's yeah so you could you can even you can technically walk it if you don't mind walking.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

It's like maybe two miles.

SPEAKER_02

Tops. So see, there you go. It can be done. It can be done. So okay, let's start thinking. Well, venues to hold the con. Maybe just throw out some ideas, and hey, then you can have the shows at the TV garden. Hey, hey! And who else is gonna enter the TV garden that we're gonna be seeing? Twice. Yes, that's awesome. Two dates. They have two or three dates. I think they have two dates. Two. We're going to one date this time.

SPEAKER_01

We we thought about two. Yeah, but we we were also thinking about our budget for for BTS. Because we knew we knew something was coming. We just didn't know when.

Production, Sets, And Future Tours We’re Chasing

SPEAKER_02

So this is like, you know, pre, you know, if we were yeah, we were saving our money for BTS because we're like it when they're coming, we just got really we we were really like holding on. It's like I want to go see twice twice again, but I guess I can one day will be enough. And sorry girls. I mean, if you if you wouldn't announce it after the BTS, then I could go see you twice. Twice, twice.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, exactly. But we already we already knew it was coming. We just didn't know when. We were like, we gotta we gotta be sure we're exactly no conflicts going on.

SPEAKER_02

We already bought tickets for another event, but it because the the budget was right, we're gonna go see, which is bloody wood. Bloody wood, yes. You know, so there's other events that are coming around. Uh kind of holding on to it. Yeah.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. The one down in New York. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

For creepy nuts? Uh it's on the Monday.

SPEAKER_01

I know. New York on a Monday is tough for us.

SPEAKER_02

We done it and we're just like, uh, like this is not good. I can't do this. I can't do this anymore.

SPEAKER_01

Plus, there's only so many Mondays I can take off without my boss being like, um, you know, because I have uh uh recurring meetings on Mondays. So when I call out, I miss these.

SPEAKER_02

If they would have come on Patriots Day, which we have it off, hey, that would have been it would have been perfect, but new. So it's like we'd like to go see you guys, but sorry. It's a small tour, too. Oh really?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, there's not many stops. Yeah. Like eight. Yeah. The the usual eight that people do. Because remember, that's all uh years ago when we would go see vamps. Yeah. That was like their tour was literally eight cities, and I think they took a bus the whole way across the country. I don't even know. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

I think so.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my gosh.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, I'd say, oh, the Gazette did that. They the tour bus everywhere, which I remember the guys always like that little like blogs of it. What was it? Yoruba will have a blog that's like, yeah, we were on this bus and it was really bumpy, and it's like they will complain because it's like so bad.

SPEAKER_01

That was probably the uh Boston to New Jersey, like that is a rough road.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, like they couldn't he couldn't sleep very well. It was like chaotic and whatever. You know, just saying how big the United States is, it's like yeah, the US is huge, and that's why it's so hard for a lot of these groups. That's why Wachama call it from from uh oh my god, I forgot her name. From um garbage. She was like, This is a liability now. We can't afford it, we can't afford to tour. You know, we surely from garbage. Yeah, plus I heard it's just like, yeah, and they're always fighting with each other, and I'm like, Oh, really?

KCON Dreams For Boston And Venue Talk

SPEAKER_01

I never really well. If you're on a bus traveling around crammed up, that I can see that being a problem. Yeah. Cause you're like on top of each other all the time. Yeah. It's even smaller than a dorm in that respect because you're trying to bring all your stuff with you traveling around. So yeah, not not fun, not good times at all.

SPEAKER_02

Uh I'm just thinking, how about if we ever do a tour? We'd probably be on each other's throat.

SPEAKER_01

If we were on a bus, yes.

SPEAKER_02

No, we're supposed to take exit 20. What wow? Now we're stuck.

SPEAKER_01

Actually, no. I think we're pretty good on road trip. We're too big. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Actually, no, yeah. We have gone from here to New Jersey plenty of times.

SPEAKER_01

And New York, you know. New York, yes. I think we travel well together because we don't. It's like, is this where we're going? I don't know. I don't know. All right, let's just go. We always complain about the GPS.

SPEAKER_02

Stupid GPS that didn't see anything, and then somebody will cut you off. And I'm like, fucking assholes.

SPEAKER_01

But yeah, so it's not we're not usually aggressive towards each other. It's the outside world.

SPEAKER_02

That just reminds me of that Elmo. The Elmo reel.

SPEAKER_00

Fuck it. That's totally how we do it.

SPEAKER_02

If you don't know what that butt reel is, it's just it's so cute.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, Elmo driving on the freeway or something. Oh my god.

SPEAKER_02

Pisces music blaring. Singing along to yourself and then you asshole. Exactly. Cussing at people. And then like nothing happened. When I saw that, I'm like, gotta share this to Sarah. This is so cool. So us. So, anyways. This this this rants and rambling is completely a rants and rambling. It's very random, and it's random. It is, it's very random. News have been kind of slow for our favorites. There was some BS going there for B V, and I don't know if you want to talk about Hijin. That was just a blur that came out. Is that on Soom Py? I think it is. Yeah, Soom Put.

Ticket Budgets, Twice Plans, And Scheduling

SPEAKER_01

Well, plus he I don't know where the story went. He actually posted it on his stories on Instagram. Oh my god. A little screenshot of him saying, I can't believe this was done without my consent. Yes. But it's been allowed to be admissible. And it's apparently just Wow. V if you don't know, Min He Jin uh sort of helped produce his solo album, Layover. So they worked together, and I guess they did some cacao talk, messaging back and forth. And anyway, she took a segment where they had talked about how she felt like everybody was stealing her ideas. And V had sort of, you know, just commiserated like you do with people you know. Uh as far as I can tell, he was not nothing straightforward being like, oh yeah, you're totally right. It was just he's like, here, the exact quote according to V, he had sent a message that read about how plagiarism accusations always come up and are never absent. So like, and we've talked about this. People concepts get recycled and reused, and people aren't necessarily copying each other, they're just using ideas, the same color theme, the same, you know, whatever. So he said, Yeah, I know, right. I also looked at it and thought, ah, this is similar. And she's using that as a way to say, see, someone in the company knew what I was doing and they took my idea. And that's not what he's saying. He's saying they're similar. And we talked about, I think previously when his solo album came out, somebody else, like a month later, a couple weeks later, whatever, right? Their concept came out too. Their album, solo album came out, and the they were similar. The packaging was similar, the color theme, you know, all kinds of things. But that's still, you know, you didn't see him running around going, they copied me. They still you know what I mean. Because again, there certain things are in fashion at the moment, certain styles, certain ideas are sparked. We had we had the whole, we were talking about this previously, the whole everybody was doing a vampire concept. You know what I mean? Like it's not. It's not it's the flavor of the moment. Right, you know, and so he's saying people will accuse you of plagiarizing, people will accuse you of stealing, but like it's similar, and that's it. You know, he didn't say, Oh yeah, they totally copied you. He j it was just sort of an in passing, commiserating saying, Yeah, I know it sucks sometimes, whatever. But she apparently submitted or her team submitted it to the court as evidence, evidence, yeah. So he said this was part of a private everyday conversation I shared out of empathy because she was an acquaintance of mine. I had absolutely no intention of taking either side. However, I feel very taken aback that this conversation was submitted as evidence without my consent. Now, we love RV. We do. Oh yeah, but I gotta tell you, you can tell. Like he's the sweetest, most wonderful, caring. But he is not someone you want to piss off. He's not someone you want on your bad side.

SPEAKER_02

Do not cross him. Do not cross him.

SPEAKER_01

Because you can see he has no, he's like us. There's no filter on, no poker face.

SPEAKER_02

Exactly.

SPEAKER_01

So if you've pissed him off, something something stinks, you can see it in his watch. Watch our back. And you know, and that's a very big thing for him. The idea of betrayal is like huge. You know, and I mean it is for most people, but like a lot of times you can let it roll off. But this is a very public, very big deal going on in the company that he's part of, too. You know what I mean? So I don't know. Yeah, I wish her luck with that. Oh yeah, because that's a betrayal. He's like, I worked with you, I picked you to help me with my project, and this is how you repay me by taking something I said and twisting it and using it as evidence to prove your point. When very clearly what he said was not again, it was very non-committal.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I uh you know, yeah, I see similarities, but like exactly this whole idea is always out there. BTS has been through it multiple times. So he knows, you know what I mean? So, anyways, yeah, poor V.

SPEAKER_02

Oh no, he's fine.

SPEAKER_01

He's not happy.

SPEAKER_02

He's well he's yeah, he's yeah, he he mmm he's not happy, but just like, yeah, you're dead to me, you're done, we're done. Yeah. I don't know you anymore. You know that delete contact. Exactly.

SPEAKER_01

Who you? I don't know you. So, anyways, the article is in Sunpi. I was paraphrasing a little because it's you know, kind of involved content, but the gist of it, what he said, and then his response to her doing this or her team doing this. I don't know if it's her specifically, but the whole shareholder agreement lawsuit that's going on between her and Hybe anyway. Yes.

SPEAKER_02

So Poor V. No, we always on ransom, well, not always, but lately on Ransom Rambling, we have fine articles where some fans are getting in some legal stuff. So this is again on Soomy, and this is for the groups Zero Base One and Alpha Drive One, the agency to take strong legal action against malicious posts. This has been coming a trend lately. Uh, when we actually do our talk.

SPEAKER_01

Well, well, we said that on the last one. We were like, Yeah, be careful. These companies aren't screwing around anymore. They're like, you know what? Our boys are no longer your whipping post.

Small Tours, Touring Realities, And Road-Trip Chaos

SPEAKER_02

Exactly. It's just like, you know, uh, enough. Enough. Yeah, they they there are people, they're uh they have feelings. You you need to uh just stop, stop, rein it in. Exactly, just stop. So, you know, again, this this the company have actually put out their statement, you know, and they're just not not they're gonna cut the shit. Today I'm just gonna be cussing. But um, they uh say this and reading on verbatim. Hello, this is week one. First, we would like to bow our heart heads and express our deep gratitude to all the fans who continue to send unwavering support and affection to our artists. Of course, thank you very much for actually for those who are actually there supporting and admiring their artists. Thank you very much for that. You know, with a heavy heart, we have been monitoring the situation in which in this indiscriminate malicious slander and the spread of false, unfolded rumors and about our artists have been taking place across domestic and international online communities and social media. Whoa, wow.

SPEAKER_01

This is not only home based, they have gone global. Some of the others were too, right? Yeah, weren't they talking about like international bruja's also?

SPEAKER_02

They got okay, so these companies now are probably hiring either lawyers or actually people within the company saying, hey, we're gonna get you an account for da-da-da. Monitor, see what's going on, what's being said.

SPEAKER_01

Ooh. Well, they probably already have someone within their own company, like a team of people monitoring things that are being submitted to a team of lawyers to review as to whether or not they have a case for malicious. Like, this is probably no small operation on the parts of these companies.

SPEAKER_02

Okay, so I read more into it, but there is another, there's a sentence saying, however, as personal attacks, including those against their appearance, along with insults, defamation, and baseless falsehood continue to spread. Deep wounds are being left not only on the artists themselves, but also on the hearts of fans who sharish them.

SPEAKER_01

Oh MG. So that sounds like by appearance they mean like people are saying someone's ugly or someone's like probably saying, I don't know, oh, why is so-and-so on this group?

SPEAKER_02

He's he's not cute enough, yeah. Exactly. He's ugly, or just like, oh my god.

SPEAKER_01

Do you know what? This is that's your personal opinion because I can tell you there's plenty of groups where like you always have your faves. That doesn't mean the other ones are not. Yeah. Because I can tell you, every group that's out there, every member of those groups has a fan base. So whether or not you find them attractive, somebody else does. So keep your opinion about that to yourself and support your face. This is what we're always saying. Like just focus on your people.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, focus on who you you you're supporting, not boost them up, but exactly.

SPEAKER_01

Why are you why are you making comments about like looks? Yeah. Because that's also not what this should be about. It should be about the music.

SPEAKER_02

Exactly. Exactly. That we always said that looks for us is secondary, but you gotta have talent. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

We we we want to enjoy the music. I don't want to if I want just looks, I'll go to like a fashion show, right? And even then, not all the models. Are always my cup of tea. Yeah. But I won't be like, why are you being a model? Why are you? I understand why you were chosen.

SPEAKER_02

That's ridiculous. Yeah, you know. I was like, I'm like, oh yeah, that guy, yeah, whatever. No, who's this? You know, like, ah, I'm all for that. You know? Exactly. Her or him. I'm like that. But yeah, so oh, so be so everybody should be aware. So here uh there's another line I'm gonna read from this statement. According, we will like to inform you that we have appointed Shin and Kim LLC and are currently proceeding with legal action against acts that infringe upon those rights.

SPEAKER_01

They're Shin and Kim are busy. They because they're doing it for someone else, too. Yeah, I know.

SPEAKER_02

So what's going on, lawyers in Korea? You guys gotta do something too. These people are getting money. Yes, this agency is getting money. Too bad I'm not a paralegal. I'll be going out.

SPEAKER_01

I know where you help me. I studied the wrong thing in school. Wow, yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Wow. So yeah. Again, another company going after those fans. You know.

SPEAKER_01

So and if you think you're anonymous out there spreading stuff, exactly. Watch yourself because they're gonna they're gonna find you. They can find you. Yeah, they can summon all subpoena all the records and get everybody's personal information if they need to. So yeah, you're not anonymous anymore. Nope. Wow.

V, Min Hee Jin, And Evidence Without Consent

SPEAKER_02

They're going after you. They're going after all those fans who are just completely that just you know, no, it's just there was another reel that I saw. It was Hobie. He was uh, you know, when they do have their little lives, you know. Their little lives, and people will show it out there. Little lives. And you know, the fans will always be like, Hobie, marry me, or like, yeah, they marry me. And they're just like their face is just like you know, like I'm so tired of this. You know? They're all tired of the whole marry me, marry me, marry me, uh, you know, yeah. Like, get over it. It's so I don't know. Oh, and then he asks us, like, oh, I want to see my the I guess people were saying their ages.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, because it was his birthday, so he's like, I'm 32, right? Yeah, 32, there was a 50 something. But somebody he's like 13? I saw that part 15? What? Like, 13 year old? What is like why isn't we looking at this? He's like, really? 13? 15? And so in the quotes, it's like he's rethinking the whole tour and how like this isn't appropriate for right, like that may or may not be this was someone's opinion, but she was like, I bet he's like, I don't know if we can do the tour the way we were planning. Well, we talked about that. People were criticizing his um Hope on the Street tour or Hope on the Stage tour, you know, being like, oh, those that choreography was not suitable for young kids. And I'm like, well, he's not a young kid, he's not performing for young kids. This isn't a children's show, this is a concert. Exactly. And you know, he's like the lead dancer and choreographer. Exactly. He's the music's not for kids.

SPEAKER_02

Exactly. That's why I'm like, hello, his songs are not talking about rainbows and poppies and and the little teddy bears and playing hopscotch in the backyard. No, exactly. Let's learn about the numbers or no.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so I don't know.

SPEAKER_02

That's just that comment, it's just, I'm sorry, that's stupid.

SPEAKER_01

Exactly. But but so I think this person jokingly was like, he's rethinking the choreo for the tour. Like, 13-year-olds, what? But I'm sure you know probably judging the parents.

SPEAKER_02

I'm like, what are you doing having a 13-year-old listening to my music and showing my stuff?

SPEAKER_01

Do you know? No, I'm sure they know they've got fans raging all ages. I think it's just probably surprising him that a 13-year-old's watching him live, yeah, talking about stuff. He's like, you know, we still appeal to 13-year-olds. We're all like we're adults now. Yeah. So too cute.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, we do we have seen little girls that have been like, oh my god, this other reel was just like John Cook is coming. John Cook! And she's freaking out. She's probably sounding like she was seven. And it's John Cook with no shirt on. It was for a Calvin Klein hat. Oh yeah. And she's just like, yeah, cook. I'm like, the little girl, you kind of hear puberty and you're screaming for John Cook. Like, really? Wow. Anyways. Well, you know, that happens. It does. I know.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. Well, I don't know. Do we want the last uh last bit of news? Yes, go ahead. We've talked about this particular artist and CEO of a company before. We have BMSG. We have Sky High, as everybody knows. The organization is now Oh yeah, this is from Oracon. Yeah, from Oracon. Yeah. They're looking to appoint a COO. So instead of chief executive, this is chief operational. Right. Um, so outside the director. They do not want to be dependent on an individual representative director, and they want to establish risk compliance office. So basically, uh they updated their website on the 17th to announce the selection of candidates for COO and outside director positions as well as the establishment of the risk compliance office. The company announced in Hidaka Sky High's name. We are pleased to announce that we have selected new candidates for COO and outside directors as we transition to new management structure aimed at improving management transparency and strengthening oversight functions based on the management guidelines announced in December 25th of 2025. We are preparing to transition to a company with a board of directors in order to evolve into an organization that enables systematic decision making that is not dependent on the individual representative director and that functions with objective oversight and auditing. So, long story short, they're like, we can't have just one person in charge of everything anymore, especially when the one person had a little bit of trouble previously. That was, you know, they're like, we need to have a team of people assessing everything, and yes.

SPEAKER_02

So that means that the company's getting bigger.

Labels Fight Malicious Posts And Fan Etiquette

SPEAKER_01

Oh, yeah, definitely. It's getting bigger. Well, that was already that's probably sort of part of where all these problems evolved from. Right. Is once you start getting bigger, there's more people vying for your time. And so, yeah. Anyways, they're in the process of selecting people. They've completed a selection of candidates for new officers and the formulation of organizational restructuring. After completing the required legal and administrative procedures, we will transition to the new structure early March of 2026. So they're going to be listing specific responsibilities, including thorough compliance education, establishing, operating an internal reporting system, and developing measures to prevent harassment. Through this transition to a new structure, our company will pursue creative quality while maintaining objective organizational discipline and a highly transparent governance system. We will steadily move forward one step at a time as an entertainment company where our artists can devote themselves to their work with pride and where our fans can truly trust us. So yeah, this is a big, big move for them and for him. You know, it proves that he realizes, yeah, this is getting bigger than what I can handle. And in light of, again, like we said, him, some of the artists there getting troubles and harassment, and they're like, We we need to this is what I'm talking about. Like they're building teams of people to review all this, to report it.

SPEAKER_02

So they also have yeah, a legal team because they also are going through this same thing, you know. People out there with malicious comments and just just not being right. Um, they also are going through the same thing. They having a legal team out there getting all those people uh in check.

SPEAKER_01

So getting everything in order, making sure what what they're gonna counterdo is all right and tight. So yeah.

SPEAKER_02

So now with that said, earlier this month on February 4, one of the groups that were part of one group, it's now have changed. Not change, but like now sign. So, all right. So the group that I'm talking about is number I. Number I at the beginning of the month, you know, they have announced that the group has signed with WME group for international activities. So to be will continue to be the manager of the group in general activities, but now there's another uh agency that will take over for their international promotions and yeah. So this just came up recently this month. So you know what that means? Are they gonna be gearing out for a tour?

SPEAKER_01

Are they I know that they're some sort of appearances over here, yeah, definitely.

SPEAKER_02

I know. I will, you know, so we'll see. Maybe this year, number I may come by this uh around this area. Well, not Massachusetts, but I'm thinking probably New York, you know.

SPEAKER_01

Usual eight LA New York, LA, Chicago, yeah, Dallas, maybe, yeah, Las Vegas. And then yeah. In a couple of random places in the city.

SPEAKER_02

Exactly. Exactly. So just to put it out there, hello, WME. Can you please consider Boston to be a part of a stop for a number I, if you guys are thinking about bringing the boys over here.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, definitely.

SPEAKER_02

Then it's kind of cool because that means that they're gearing up to something very special this year. Uh-huh. Oh my god, girl. Oh my god.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my god. So just something else we gotta start saving money for.

SPEAKER_02

I can't wait to see them, like, see them. You know, what do you think of uh Kishi's new hair? Oh my god.

SPEAKER_01

I was like, wow, is that?

SPEAKER_02

I know I have always been like Kishi this, Kishi that, whatever, whatever. But you know why? Because he's in my heart now. Kishi is now in my heart. He's just that extra boy, you know.

SPEAKER_01

Oh yes, absolutely.

SPEAKER_02

I do love his demented rap. I that's how I call it. That's how I call it, okay to everybody. And you know what? He just whatever he does, I'm like, you go boy, do what you want to do. You know, I've I have crazy color hair before too, so oh yeah. Yeah, you as well. So it's like, whatever, do you boo?

SPEAKER_01

It's fine. That's quite the color. It's just hair. I've never been bold enough for that one.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, I know. But you know, it's it's now their new direction, it's now who they are. They're just like we're in control of our creativity. And if I feel like I want to have, I don't know, pink, green, whatever, or neon hair, whatever, or or just silver, whatever, you know, go for it.

SPEAKER_01

Yep, absolutely.

SPEAKER_02

Go for it, you know. Just you as long as you wear it loud and proud, okay. Own it. It's just gonna be awesome. Just own it. Exactly. Exactly. With no regret. You want to do that, go for it. As long as you're not hurting yourself. Yeah, exactly. Don't hurt yourself, please. But yeah, it's yeah, it's awesome. It's awesome. So we can't wait. Oh, so 3XL was number one on OK Asia this week. Hey, the fans were on top of that. So with that, with that being said, things are coming. Yes, definitely. That's huge. That's huge. That company now for international activities, and then them being number one on what February 21st on my show. Cool, cool. Y'all, all right. So we good, we are good, my friend. Thank you everybody for listening to this ransom ramblings. Can you please sh share, share?

SPEAKER_01

No, rate review and share, share, share. Give us five stars because she has a new hairdo. And we love our constellations.

SPEAKER_02

That too. And people be liking constellations too lately. Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And uh what else?

SPEAKER_02

Oh, yeah, become a subscriber, please, so that we can maintain the podcast, maintain our archives. Yes, we're going back to our archives. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Uh, all right. Until next time. Yes. Bye bye.
