Late-Night Vibes And Girl-Power Anthems
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
A smooth, late-night collab sets the tone like a toast among friends: minimal, sultry, and quietly certain of its vision. IYWO brings the talents of I.M, Yoonseok, Wooki and OF'F to the forefront. From there we hit the gas with three girl-group cuts that turn confidence into choreography—each track a different weapon in your mood arsenal. Hearts2Hearts bring a 90s-club shimmer on RUDE!, where a crisp beat and cool harmonies frame the line we all wish we said sooner: call me rude, I could care less. It’s boundary-setting you can dance to, catchy enough to stick, and subtle enough to feel effortless.
IVE stride in next with BANG BANG, all spaghetti-western twang and bassline swagger. Think showdown energy without the shouting—polished pop that feels made for the stage, fan chants already echoing in your head. The hook lands like a hip-shot, the confidence is matter-of-fact, and the whole thing plays like a movie scene you get to direct. Then KiiiKiii flip the script with 404 (New Era), a deep-house, EDM-tinged anthem that asks for eye contact and presence. The error/era wordplay points to a bigger truth about screens and connection, and Tablo’s production touch keeps the track sleek, human, and club-ready.
Across these songs we trace a single thread: confidence can be quiet or loud, smoky or neon, but it’s always yours to claim. Whether you need a decompressing night drive, a boundary anthem, or a cyber-cool pulse to cut through the noise, we’ve got you. Hit play for the full breakdown, then tell us which track powers your week. If you enjoyed the ride, follow the show, share it with a friend, and drop a review—your five stars help keep the music flowing and the archive growing.

SPEAKER_01I was gonna say, but with an exception.
The IYWO Backstory And Military Sendoff
SPEAKER_03Just because one of our faves from Monster X, because we all love them all. Well one of our faves. Well, anyways, I am has this listed, but he released a song with also what is it, you sock? Yunsock. Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_01Wookie and Off.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_01So it's like the title of the song is their initials.
SPEAKER_03Exactly. I Y W O. And it's kind of cool because I, you know, I am leaving. So it's kind of like, here, bro, you know, put you on first because, you know, you're going to the military. You know, we and so we're not gonna be seeing for like a two years.
SPEAKER_0118 months, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_01So he went in February 9th. Yeah. Yeah. So the countdown has already started. Yeah. For his return.
SPEAKER_03Yes. And he's missing a tour. I know. Wow.
SPEAKER_01Good grief. But see, we'd also we'd started gathering the songs for the playlist before we really realized that we were coming into Women's Month and we wanted to go. So the majority of the list was actually women already, except for this one song. Right. But we wanted to leave it in as our little homage to I am until he gets back.
SPEAKER_03You know, you know, see you later. Not after a while, but see you later. You he'll be back, you know, with I know I'm doing the ceremony. Well, the group ceremonial, let's start cutting your hair.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah. Oh my goodness, you know. That was so heartbreaking to watch.
SPEAKER_03I was like, oh no. But like, bro, here we go. But hey, I mean, what can you do? Was his hairdresser crying?
SPEAKER_01Somebody was crying. Well, because all the guys did a bunch of it on stage.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And then they uh I guess maybe he he went and got it finalized with his hairdresser afterwards. Right. I think But like everybody was crying.
SPEAKER_03Um I don't know if it was him or somebody else, but I think their hairdresser was just like crying.
SPEAKER_01I don't know why. I'm sure all of the idols hairdressers cry when they have to go to the military. When they have to go to the military, they're like, no. I work so hard on this hair.
SPEAKER_03I am just like, it's okay, I'll be back. It's just like I don't know. Don't quote me on it. I just I'll have to find it. But I was just heartbroke broken because I'm like, I feel the same way. Why do they have to do this? Anyways, okay, enough of that. We can, you know, do more of that. Now we're just gonna have some fun. We're gonna discuss some amazing songs that have just been released this week. Oh my goodness. We are recording um February 27th. Yes, which is like two days before March. Yeah. So it will be released for March. That's why we're like already starting our dedicated March women's month. Yeah, yeah, yeah. All right. And please send us your, you know, if you have a female artist or a group, let us know. Put it on that Google form. I'll re- I'm not how many times I'm gonna be retweeting that. Well, and I will just catch it, you know.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and it doesn't even have it doesn't have to be a new release. You know, if it happens to be one, awesome, because then we can sort of all experience it together, but it doesn't any. Yeah.
Deep-Dive: IYWO’s Sultry Mood And Lyrics
SPEAKER_03Any. We will like to know which one, like which female artist hits you like in the heart or you know, gives you that gusto to like keep going. I don't know. Or gets you thinking, yeah, something exactly feeling, thinking, or a family member who's like, oh yeah, they like blah blah blah. You know? We want to know, we want to know. Okay, so like we were saying, we were talking about I am, so we're gonna discuss that song that just came out, which is I w o uh now for this song, and all these guys' voices. I'm like, oh right? Give me like okay, I am. I we love his sultry voice, like we love his sultry voice, but on this one, I'm like, yo, everybody's my favorite. Like, I I thought it was just I can't wait for I am to come in, but then I'm like, wait a minute, who is this and who is that? And I'm like, okay, I think all four of them is my favorites. I mean, I am, I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_01I'm sorry. Well, they've all gotten really sort of distinct sounds, yeah.
SPEAKER_03But this song, oh god, this song is so nice. It's just like it reminds me of like driving late at night, that just like thoughts in your head, but just like just cruising. I mean, the song is smooth, uh the moodiness, also very minimal, you know, not crazy beat or anything like that. Yeah, no, musically it's very this is very tame, soothing, subtle. Oh my god. Just the the just to allow those deep voices because I love that. Just love lead. It's just uh that brings those emotions too with those deep voices. Oh my goodness. It's quite interesting. It's simply it's like sharing a feeling but not showing off. You know? It's definitely a cool song to set a mood and just chill out, you know. That this one is just like after listening to the to the ladies, this one has like, yeah, you need a break for more like because wait till we talk about the other song. This song was like a good break to like alright, while we chill with the boys. We're gonna be chilling with the boys. Oh, but uh, yeah. So good, so soothing.
SPEAKER_01What about you? Well, I was gonna say it was definitely like the the whole opening was just a very sultry sort of RB and then the smoky but silky I am came in first. Just I don't know, he's like it's not like he's bored or lazy, but he's got that like laid-back delivery, like he's just sort of talking to you about what how he's feeling in this moment. And he has sort of a couple of lines about you not understanding. Um, let me get it, let me get it right. People can't always see the vision because they have tunnel vision. So I was like, oh, interesting. The way he said it, I don't know, it got to me. But like his voice, oh, it's just so soothing and and it puts you in a trance. But then so like the the song sort of goes in order of their initials in it. So each one sings their part. So then Yoon Sock comes in and his voice, it's similar to I Am's, but it's a little higher. But it's got the same sort of timber to it, that sexy sort of put you ease kind of voice. Wookie sort of surprised me because there was like that rap, but then he sings beautifully, beautifully, right? And the only real change you get is when off's part comes, because it gets a little like reverb-y and extra, you know, electric, and he's got that aggressive rap kind of voice, but still it worked, it worked so well, like it all just fit together because then it slowly transitioned back into that just mood, right? But it was sort of like like each of them was saying something and he really had a point to make for all of them, and then they like mellowed out because I sort of feel like yeah, they were they were just sort of talking about doing it for themselves, yeah. Doing this is for them, this is what they want to do. And I know like a couple of them have helped produce I am's music, Monster X's music, and then he's featured on some of their little solo projects too. So they're obviously like a a core group that likes to work together, right? So I you really get that feeling from this song. Like they're they're all just saying, you know, this is who we are, this is how we are, this is what we're gonna do. I know someone was talking about popping some champagne, so I think that like, you know, they're just hanging out, right, celebrating their vision and their work together kind of thing. So it was, but it's it is, it's such a cool mesmerizing vibe. You're like, oh yeah, you're you just go in the zone with it. It's awesome. I really, I really did like it, but it like you said, is so different from the other songs we were listening to. So I was like, whoo, it was a that break in between. Yes, it's where you're you decelerate in the car a little because you were driving a bit aggressively before. Now these guys they they mellow you out and you're okay.
SPEAKER_03Chill vibes, chill vibes. And now that you said that, that they all work together. I wonder if they're like, hey, bro, you go into the military, let's just have a whole a last hurrah and just produce this song.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I think that's what it was.
SPEAKER_03Which because it was and please, I'm like all for it.
SPEAKER_01I'm like, yeah, absolutely, yeah. Like I can't wait for it. Like, what a good idea, right? Yes, just let's make one big creative boom and yeah, and off you go.
SPEAKER_03Oh, because the fans are gonna be like, Yeah, what the deal? Especially after this song. Oh my god. Jeez, baby boy, baby boy. Because he is the he is the magname. Yeah, oh yes, he is. He is the magname, he's the memey. Oh this baby. Sing this baby live. Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_02I love it so much.
Hearts To Hearts “Rude” Attitude
SPEAKER_03Okay, moving on to the next album, because we can then go on around that. Now I start thinking about that live that we went to see in Boston. I know, right? So our first girl group that we are going to talk about, it will be Hearts to Hearts. We have already done a deep dive on the girls early, um, or actually one of the songs in the past. Yeah, I was gonna I don't did we do an actual We didn't do a deep dive, we just did one of their songs.
SPEAKER_01We covered one of their songs, so yeah. So we Yeah. I guess we could recap who the members are if we want to, but sure.
SPEAKER_03It's been a while. Um so the song it will be rude. Uh now Hearts to Hearts is under SM Entertainment. Do you want to do the recaps? Because I didn't I didn't took that because we already have talked about it before.
SPEAKER_01So yeah, quick recap of who the ladies are. It's eight-member group. We have Carmen, Jiwoo, Yuha, Stella, Jun, Anna, Ian, or Ian, and Yi On. So those are the eight ladies of Hearts to Hearts from SM Entertainment, like you said. Yep. You want to start with Rude or you want me to start? Go ahead. Introduce the ladies. All right, oop, I'm clinking here. I like it's sort of a subtle 90s club sound. I was thinking sort of like anybody remember D-Light? It's got that sort of dancy, not overly produced club sound. Like it's I mean, obviously it's overproduced because it's club dance music, but it's simpler, like it's not not all over the place. But at the same time, it's also very pop. And they've got those organ sounds, some great beats. I really like this is a great attitude song. I mean, obviously it's called rude, so no, it's got some sort of attitude in there, anyways. Yes, but um, they got some very smooth, sweet vocals layering their harmonies, and then they sort of get this like bold posture part way in. The vocals are like a little more abrupt, a little more telling you like it is, I guess, is how I would say it. So this is again attitude. So you you feel like they're they're standing up to people in a crowd, they're facing a crowd, being like, you know what? Here's what I think of you. Because there's a couple of lines, you know, things going on. Like, uh, oh, what was it? When sh they're saying the he says you're so rude. And I'm like, I don't even care. In fact, I couldn't care less. I care less. I love that.
SPEAKER_03I like that too, yeah.
SPEAKER_01So and that happens, I think, around like halfway through two and a half minutes into the song. And it's very much like a group of girls in a club, and obviously they've been encountering people all over the place who are like, you're too much, you're too this, you're too that, or you know, hey, you want to dance, and you say, No, no, thanks. I'm with my girls, and they're like, Yeah, you're rude. You B-I-T-C-A.
SPEAKER_03Well, you're rude, you don't have to say that. You're rude. He's like, but I'm rude.
SPEAKER_01I care less. So it's just it's really, it's very funny because it's like I said, like they're hanging out in the club and she's like relating the story of what happened out on the dance floor with, you know. Yep. And but overall, the whole idea of the song sort of seems to be, you know what? Go ahead, call me rude. I'm not bothered by your opinion.
SPEAKER_04Exactly.
SPEAKER_01Because you want me to act a certain way or be a certain way, and I don't want to conform to that. It's not being rude, it's me being me. And you know what I mean? Like, and because people do, they take it sometimes.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, you have boundaries. When you put boundaries, people are like, Oh, you're rude. I'm like, no, it's boundaries.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, exactly. Like, I'm sorry, no, I d I don't want you to like get in my face and tell me whatever, like back up, back off. It's just it's very playful, but also like a big F you to everybody, you know. Like, go ahead, call me rude. I don't care. Yeah, I care less.
SPEAKER_03I like the how they how she extended that.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, like I care less. The pause and then and all the girls laughing. Well, it's true.
SPEAKER_03I can see that. It's so cool. It's so it's yeah, it's cool. It's it's honestly, yeah. I have the same vibes like you. Honestly, it has that attitude in the best way. Because it was so much fun listening to them. The beat comes in with punchy, confident energy, you know. It feels like they're just strutting, like, mm-hmm. Uh, you know, watch, you know, my poo don't stink. Type of like, you know. The vocals are groovy, they're smooth, not over sang, just cool, controlled. I it which makes the sass stand out even more. Love, love the sassiness. The vibes, it's just outmost, just playful, it's a bit rebellious, just oh, uh the song is giving like the vibe of like a side eye and a smirk.
SPEAKER_01Oh yeah, yeah you know, like no, whenever I was singing it, I was doing a side eye, like I couldn't care exactly specifically at that.
SPEAKER_03Especially that's the hook. I love that hook. You know, the hook, but the hook is catchy too when they're like that rude. And I'm like, oh yeah, also it's just like it's it's it really got stuck in my head, you know. The catchiness got stuck in my head. I mean, it's just short, bold, full of personality. I definitely a mood booster. If you know you want something with a with a bit of a bite, this is your song. This is your song, you know. Oh yeah. If you have one of those days that, yeah, I need to need something to pet me up and get me into like I'm like the baddest, yeah. You know, so I'm gonna play this rude. It's probably one of in the playlist because it just gives you that confidence. Love it.
SPEAKER_01I yeah, I was at my desk like all week. Yeah doing the you know the neck bob there. Yeah, uh-huh. I know so rude. I might have even sang it out loud a couple of times without thinking.
SPEAKER_03So I like it's it's awesome because when you keep re repeating the song and you keep listening, and you know you get to that part, it's like, I said, boy, you're like, what?
SPEAKER_02Rude, I care less.
SPEAKER_03I'm not saying it correctly.
SPEAKER_01I know she said it a different way, but how I couldn't care less.
SPEAKER_02Why would you put in the spooky? This oh my goodness, why are you spooking over here? I forgot.
SPEAKER_01Well, what'd you do over here? See, Sarah is a witch. She got even spooky music coming out of the spooky spooky ring down, that spooked me on.
SPEAKER_02I was like, what the hell? Oh my goodness, you better keep that for people. See people here in the background. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's like sci-fi.
IVE “Bang Bang” And Western Swagger
SPEAKER_03Oh my god, woman. Oh my god. Anyways, uh let's go with another song. This group that we are gonna talk about is Ivy and their song Bang Bang. Do do do girl. That guitar with the spaghetti western feel. I was like, what? What is going on? That guitar throws me off, and then you hear one of the girls is like getting already like punchy. But also with the da-da-da-da-da. Like they were like just gearing up, just like getting closer and gor closer. I mean, honestly, this is loud, this is like glossy, this is like full of confidence. You know, when you get rude, you got the girls got the sass. This is confident, full. The song really shows how Ivy's signature style is punchy production. The hooks. The hook on this is yes. Talk about getting stuck in your head, definitely. Also, this song will love to see it live.
SPEAKER_01Oh, yeah, absolutely.
SPEAKER_03I will love to see this live because I will be going we have some punches too. I'll be punching the air because it's like crazy. It's just the fan chance on this, it will be so powerful and concert. I mean, it's already powerful of itself, just being there.
SPEAKER_01And the choreo they could do for this could be amazing.
SPEAKER_03My god.
SPEAKER_01So there's so much you could do with it.
SPEAKER_03Right? The beat is strong, you know, the strutting's rhythm, the vocal mix is just crisp, controlled. The ladies, Jesus, it's just I love the bold attitude. Um, it's just like the instead of them shouting, they're just delivering power with smooth confidence. I was just like, wow. I mean, this this is a really good girl group. They're very strong. But this one, geez, bold, stylish, clearly made for the stage, and I would love to experience that.
SPEAKER_01Oh, yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. Have we talked about them before?
SPEAKER_03Yes, we have.
SPEAKER_01We have long time ago. Another one long time ago. So, did you say they're with Starship?
unknownNo.
SPEAKER_01No, I didn't say that, but they are with Starship engine. And just a quick rundown of the members, because they're a six member group. We have uh Gayul, An Yujin, Rei, Jang Wang Young, Liz, and Li Sio. Lio I can't help you that I don't have the link. I'm not we we apologize frequently for our mispronunciation.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, well when it comes to Korean for me is a lot difficult. I can probably deal better with Japanese net names. But anyways. We try. We try. Yes.
SPEAKER_01But yeah, I was gonna say I love the you used the phrase spaghetti western, which is exactly what I thought of, but I was like, I was like, maybe that's not so PC to say.
SPEAKER_03Well, why is Cola put spaghetti western?
SPEAKER_01Because in the 60s, especially like Clint Eastwood, all the cowboy movies were shot in Italy. Exactly. And so you'd have like a couple of main leads that were American, a couple of German. So I know Klaus Kinski was in a few. Right. But like everybody else in the movie was actually Italian.
SPEAKER_03But they're like the productions, everything, the companies were all from Italy.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. So that's what where the term came from. But I was like, geez, I wonder if that's not really like appropriate. So when I wrote it, I said the old 60s cowboys. So it's like, yeah, it's it's sort of like the showdown moment of the movie is what this music opening is. And then it like, I don't know. I saw them sort of swaggering as they walked into the the tempo once they started the actual singing and part. Because it was more like like not the action part, but the going into the center of town for the the shootout, you know. So they're sort of just strolling in calm and confident, right? They've got that great bass, and it's funny. I was like, that's there's a clanging in there that sounds like an anvil, which works because when you think of cowboy movies, there's always somebody working in a a smithy shop banging away on the horseshoes, but they also have like this crazy club mix western sound with the whistling and the twanging guitar. So you've got you know that quintessential Clint Eastwood, like good, bad, and ugly kind of whistling going on in there. So if you're familiar with these movies we're talking about, you'll know the sound we mean. And that sort of also gives like this riding confidently off into the sunset without a care in the world, right? They're like so. This this is another song though that has this attitude. It's very renegade, like, you know what? I'm doing what I want, I'm living life the way I I want to. I don't care what you say, disappear, catch me if you can. So they're just like, you know what? Whatever happens, whatever's going on, I'm gonna go out with a bang, is what they're saying. Basically, they're like, throw whatever you want at me, I'm gonna fight back, and I'm gonna I'll go down guns blazing, standing by whatever I feel, you know, what my principles are. I don't need to apologize for my behavior. But you know, if you're gonna take me down, I'm gonna go out. Bang bang. But again, it's not aggressive, it's not loud, it's not, it's not angry and shouting, it's just stating matter of fact, you know what? I don't care. And but I'm not gonna go out not fight. You know what I mean? I'm gonna, I'm gonna definitely go out with the bang. And I love I love that attitude. So this one was my like very, I'm feeling a little sassy, saucy. I got you I'm danger today. Yeah, you you don't wanna mess with me because bang bang. Uh I got you in my sights.
SPEAKER_03This week has been like that for me. That I'm like, geez, don't don't don't even get near me. Going out with a bang. Especially with this Western outlaw kind of thing. Right? You know, attitude going on. You know, no, I'm the I'm the lone cowgirl going into this new town. And it's like, who are you? And I'm like, don't mess with me.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, oh yeah, no, it's don't mess with me. This one is another one, like it gives you confidence. You know, that's right. I'm gonna I'm gonna go in, I'm gonna take over this town. Yeah. And if you don't like it, again, I'm not gonna go out without a fight. So you know Exactly, but they they're just so understated about it.
SPEAKER_03It's so like it's really calm, the way to like Yeah, because they're not shouting bang bang like screechy. It's just like bang bang, you know? Yeah, it's like a hip shot. Bang bang. Exactly.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, but it's yeah, the whole thing just it sort of takes over your body, and you just are feeling this incredible sense of like I don't know, self-worth and like don't mess with me, people not today.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I'm not gonna take it.
SPEAKER_01Move over. So I love this one. I definitely woke up with this in my head several times. I was like, oh yeah. You were feeling it. Um yeah, you are feeling it.
SPEAKER_03I'm going into the disdain with your theme song this week. This is this is your theme song this week. Yes, yes, I need this, especially with this weather. You know, we need something.
SPEAKER_01Oh yeah, definitely.
SPEAKER_03It's it's it's getting on us. The cabin fever is getting it's getting. I'm like, oh done. So dumb.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I'm sick of waking up to snow every day.
SPEAKER_03It's pretty now it's getting slushy and gross. I know, right? Uh-huh. Anyways, yes, we can't wait. Can't wait for spring. And the allergies.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, just you wait. Those people are new to the podcast.
SPEAKER_03You when it's allergy season, you will hear. And our voices will you you will hear our yeah, you'll hear the change.
SPEAKER_01I think it's already starting for me. Uh, you know. Oh my goodness. Things we always talk about music, the weather, and allergies.
SPEAKER_03Oh my goodness. Hey, we relate with you, you know? You relate. Oh my goodness. So, yes, oh my goodness. Ivy bam bang, yes.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, check it out. It's uh it's awesome. If you want to feel like a badass, listen to that song.
SPEAKER_03Put your headphones on and you're like, mmm.
SPEAKER_01Yes. Yeah, that was another one I was at work at great production on that one.
SPEAKER_03Love the production of that one, it's awesome. Alrighty. Moving on to the next song. Yes. All right. Do you have information on Kiki?
SPEAKER_01I do.
SPEAKER_03All right, so you start Mitsera.
SPEAKER_01Alright, so Kiki is uh five-member South Korean group from Starship Entertainment. Another one from Starship. And uh so we have members Li Sol, Sul, Jiyu, Halm, and Kia. Again. Sorry for my miserable pronunciation.
SPEAKER_03K-Y-A? So Kiya.
SPEAKER_01Kiya. Yeah, and I guess the the name Kiki is sort of a play on that's like how laughter is expressed. Is Kiki. So so it's the fun loving, like, woo-hoo.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_01And it fits.
SPEAKER_03It totally fits. Yes, it does. And I I think the extra eye is for like the fans. What I read like real quick somewhere for the girls.
SPEAKER_01Do you want to start this this one too? Sure. Go ahead. All right. So we're gonna talk about the song 404 New Era. So this is another like totally 90s club feel. It's EDM synth great beats. It's another attitude song. And that's I guess we were feeling a certain kind of way when we baked these. They've got bold vocals along with some sassy harmonies. Uh somewhere in there they got this sort of like a robotic chant rap, which sort of feeds into this whole idea, because as you know, 404 usually is the error code. I like the play on error, error. So I was like, oh, you know, this is sort of all about this digital age and this digital world and trying to navigate relationships in general, just dealing with people who are always on their devices. You're you're searching for a meaningful connection, but you can't because you keep getting this 404 era because people are on their phones, and there's a line in there where they say, put down your phone, look me in the eyes. So this is really, I I liked this a lot because it was like, you know, they say keep surfing, like you're gonna keep getting the 404 era because you need to like put down the device and interact with people. So despite all of its digital sound and its digital lingo, what they're saying is like, stop. Let's just be people, let's get to know each other, let's have a good time, let's interact. Because I mean, you know, it's been a while since I've been to a club, but anywhere you go out these days, you do. You see everybody's on their phones. It's a group of people and everybody's on their phone. Yeah. So I feel it's just this statement of despite all of all the great things it can do, what it what it takes away is the personal interactions and connections that people can make. And it's just but it's another one. It was fun, full of attitude, just totally danceable, boppable.
SPEAKER_03You're like, oh, this is a definitely a club anthem.
SPEAKER_01But like I said, I really liked the put down your phone and look me in the eye. Yeah. Because that's exactly how it is, you know. So I that was sort of what I got from it. That's what I felt about it. I could be wrong, but it really seemed sort of like they're like everything, you know, do a new search, do this, but you're gonna keep getting 404. I love it.
SPEAKER_03Love, love, love. Awesome, yes. So how love, love. What's your take on it? All right. Definitely, yes, the deep house was was in there, very nostalgic for us, because this is our, you know, that's what I'm saying. This is a definitely club anthem song. Digitally, got some like dreaminess. It's like I just oh I love Deep House and it's so cool. Um, the track just blends so their voices, uh not clichy, it has that futuristic because of the whole 404. The beats are crisp, just electronic. Vocals sometimes will become like floaty, da da da. You know, like it's like wow, but then you got some other girls that are like with a bit of an attitude, of course. Very cool. It's also another one with confidence. You know, I'm I'm liking this. Lately, the girl groups are bringing confidence to their like like tracks. Yeah, I love it.
SPEAKER_00Instead of just being, oh, I want to be cute.
SPEAKER_03Exactly.
SPEAKER_00And I like you so much, and but they're like being.
SPEAKER_03You know, female presence. It also has the song also has that stylish feel. You know, when I something say it just sounds like fashion, but not too hard. You know.
SPEAKER_01Well, I was gonna say there there's a part in the middle that's sort of like trippy, yes, like but electronically trippy, like early digital sound. It was really good. I forgot about that, but I was like, oh yeah, it's like this creates this little landscape for you to navigate through, you know, like you're in a video game. I don't know.
SPEAKER_03It was it was cool. Well, now that you said that, I was thinking cyber cool. You know, it's just it's sleek, it's modern, it's uh very bivey. Definitely an awesome playlist for your cyber cool, you know, confident feel, confident feel. I wanted to look, I looked to our a little bit more about that song, and somebody that we love and follow and seen live actually produced this song. Really? Tablo.
SPEAKER_02No way, yes, no wonder we love it. I was just like, ooh, that's cool. I used to say, you know, Tablo from Febi.
SPEAKER_01You know what's so funny? Little segue here is on one of his recent um podcast episodes, he was talking about the digital age and dating and how confused. Right, because because he's like, you know, back in the day you had to go to a club or a bookstore or the mall. Yeah, you had to meet people. Exactly. That's so funny. But what he talked about in his podcast is exactly what this song made me think of. Like, get out of the digital world, exactly meet people, exactly.
Confidence Threads And Playlist Invites
SPEAKER_03You don't have like I have some, you know, co-workers who are single and there's like, man, it's like hard to date. And it's like, and they have tried, you know, the Tindered and then whatever is, and you know, and it's like, you know, I try those and it's like, oh my god, what a disappointment! It's like I don't want to really do that. People are just only there for hookups. I need something that somebody who I can connect really connect with. Oh, hello, 404. Cannot really find anything on those, you know, swipe left or right, whatever, on you know, somebody that you like. So no, that's so funny.
SPEAKER_02Oh, I got that.
SPEAKER_01Because that that was his podcast thing recently.
SPEAKER_03I gotta check that out. I remember when when pandemic happened, I was lit, I was religiously listening to his podcast. Then he stopped for a while, and I'm like, oh man, so he just went on hiatus on his podcast, but he's back. I gotta go check it out because I love the yeah, the hey tableau.
SPEAKER_01But it was so funny. He's like, the way he's like, you had to go to a club or you know, a bookstore and actually talk to people. Exactly. That is so funny. Yeah, that he produced this song for them.
SPEAKER_03Produced this song. Oh my god. That's awesome. Yes. Pablo, he's amazing. He's just he's a musical genius. Come on. Come on. Love, love, love. So, yes.
SPEAKER_01Oh, my goodness. So if you're feeling attitude-y, check out these songs because they will yeah, you definitely you feel the confidence with each of them in a different way, though. Like you're confident, you know, standing up for yourself, you're confident in how you see the world, you're confident, yeah. I it's just awesome. But also with a little bit of edge to it, a little bit of like, you know, uh, you know what you can do with your ideas? Exactly. I care less. I'm gonna be rude. I'm gonna go out with a bang bang, and I am not gonna deal with these digital eras anymore.
SPEAKER_03Okay, so what's going on here? Let's see. You go out there coming out with a bang, see if I can, you know, vibe with somebody, and then you find somebody that is just like all up in their like phone and whatever, you're like, hello. I thought we were on a date. What's going on here?
SPEAKER_01Exactly. I care less, bye. Well, so then it goes back to the first song from the men. Because we again we had this playlist prior to the whole, you know, we thought we'd get it done before women's month started, but but like their whole idea of just we are who we are, and we don't wanna, you know what I mean? They're way mellow about it. Yeah, they're just like, whatever, let's kick back, have a drink, and so but it's still an attitude, it's still it's still confidence, but it's more laid back, just like, you know what? We got our crew, we got our stuff, we we are who we are. The women are like, we're who we are, and we're gonna tell you to your face, repeatedly.
SPEAKER_03Look about battle of the sexes. Well, you know, here the girls are all like, eh.
SPEAKER_01Well, because a lot of times that's the only way to be heard.
SPEAKER_02Yes, yes, and that's what you guys are going like you're weird. I care less. Oh my god, I love it, love it.
SPEAKER_01Definitely a song for every vibe and mood. And if you're feeling playful about it, you're feeling sassy about it.

SPEAKER_01No, actually, I it's through the end of March. Oh my goodness. We're going into our prosperous time, but we're going out with a bang bang. Yeah. Hey, maybe that's why we chose that song. We knew we're coming towards the end of our villain era.
