When Artists Walk Away From The Spotlight

A single announcement can send an entire fandom into free fall, and this week proves it. We’re in full rants-and-rambling mode as we react to a wave of K-pop and J-rock headlines that feel like a roller coaster you didn’t sign up for, from sudden exits to uneasy “hiatus” notices that always leave fans reading between the lines.
We start with the biggest jolt: ENHYPEN member HeeSeung leaving the group to pursue a solo career. We break down what the official statements say, why the timing fuels conspiracy theories, and how fan reactions escalate fast, including the classic protest playbook. It also brings up the uncomfortable question every idol fan eventually faces: when someone wants creative freedom, do you fight the change or support the person behind the brand?
From there, we zoom out to the wider music industry. Park Jin-young resigns from his inside director role at JYP Entertainment, and we talk about what it might mean for his next era as an artist and mentor (plus his history of going all-in on performance art). On the J-rock side, MY FIRST STORY announces a hiatus, and the GazettE publishes a striking statement about removing guitarist Aoi, reminding us that trust and teamwork are fragile when schedules, tours, and real life collide. We also grab a rare bright moment with Momoiro Clover Z member Ayaka Sasaki announcing her marriage, because yes, entertainers are people with lives beyond the stage.
We wrap with lighter fandom joy: idols launching YouTube and TikTok, the thrill of seeing softer offstage sides, and our growing obsession with ARASHI’s final tour and the desperate hope for a livestream or Blu-ray. If you’ve ever felt devastated, nosy, protective, and excited all in the same week, you’ll feel seen here. OK ASIA
Welcome To Rants And Rambling
SPEAKER_01Hey there, this is Music Elixir Podcast. I'm Sarah. Sarah She. And with me is DJ Panic. The craziness begins early.
SPEAKER_00Yep. Today's a rants and rambling. I hope you enjoy uh some of the ladies that we have been covering for the month of March. Uh we have uh quite a cool playlist. Yes, we do. Yes. Roller coaster emotions. A couple a couple of a couple of playlists, actually. Yes, yes, yes. Uh we also talked about Arashi's song.
SPEAKER_01Yes, we did in their soon-to-be retirement phase. At least for Ono. Everybody else is gonna keep working.
Enhypen Member Departure Shocks Fans
SPEAKER_00Ono said, that's it. Done. That's it. Which, hey, no more for me. So it has been also a roller coaster, emotional roller coaster, especially for the K-pop industry. Yes. And is for the boy group in hyphen. Shocking news that happened like around March 10th. Oh, just to remind everybody, we're recording on March 14th. And uh and the shocking news is that one of the members is just leaving the group. Uh, that will be He Son. Um, believe that's how you pronounce his name. I'm sorry if I don't. I don't I'm not too good with my Korean pronunciations. So he wants to go solo. And everybody went, What? Why are you leaving the group?
SPEAKER_01I was gonna say that there's been debates online all over the place about that. Like he wanted to do solo projects. Did that necessarily mean he wanted to leave the group and go solo? That's what everybody's because they're like, two days ago, they like they had done a fan meet or something like two days prior, and he was talking about being excited to tour Europe and whatnot. So everyone's like, Did they make him leave? What's going on? Like, what happened? But you know, as far as be lift company, and even a statement from him himself, yeah, they had they're saying that it was a mutual decision to part ways, but anything can be said up when you're at odds with someone.
SPEAKER_00This announcement gave me PTSD from when the thing that happened to Wano and Monster X. Yes. And if but you know, that but that had a whole like there was trial and there were accusations and like whatever. But I was just like, no. And then Wano's like, I I feel like I should leave the groom. I'm like, we're like, no. Yeah, why no? Why do you need to leave? No, it was like the trials wasn't even going through, and there was like I don't know.
SPEAKER_01I was just I was like, no, everybody just because there were accusations, it tarnished his reputation, I guess. And he felt that I it needed to- It didn't didn't affect me.
SPEAKER_00I was not like No, oh exactly even the fans in Korea, they're like, Don't leave. What do you mean? No, stay with the group, and yeah, so this just looking at this, finding out about this, it gave me that time when when that happened to Wano, and then but then he went solo and we're like, oh, okay. But um, so yeah, I mean, it happens. Yeah, it does. You know, it happens. Sometimes a member just like, I have outgrown the group. I want to do my own thing.
SPEAKER_01Well, we we had theories about that with Wano. Yeah, like maybe he just wanted to. This was the excuse, the catalyst to get him out so that he could do his solo project.
SPEAKER_00Not that this is a fact, we don't know about it. We don't know.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, no, that's why I said we were speculating, you know, that amongst ourselves. This were thoughts we had.
SPEAKER_00So uh, I mean from him, he's saying, you know, like he wanted to pursue a solo career. It happens. It it happens. I think there was oh, there's other groups that also like, uh, yeah, I need to go my own way. Uh, you know, I I think I have I wanna spread my wings, do something differently creative. And yeah, wow. So yeah, it's that's you can fans in Korea are going cray cray. Yeah, there's lots of conspiracy theories about putting banners, they're doing this, they're going to trucks outside the yeah, they're very ill, yes. So they're not happy at all. So of course, this is a continuation of things, of course. Also on uh actually on March 12th, uh Sumpy's saying that uh in hypens e no clock or n o'clock is also temporarily on hiatus. Oh really? Yes, which is like their show, I guess, their little thing that they do. Announcement from some B Leaf says that hello, this is B Lif Lab. We would like to inform you about the N o'clock series. The series which was scheduled to be released every Thursday, will be taking a short break. Uh, we will return with even better content in April. We ask for your kind understanding. Thank you. Ha. So of course, if they had things pre-recorded, now they had to do something different because of uh last one member less. Redo it or do some major editing. Yes.
Solo Dreams Versus Group Reality
SPEAKER_01Wow. Um yeah, it's just crazy. Yeah. Because if you if you look on Sunpi, there's the letter from Bee Lift Lab and then the letter from He Sung himself. Yep. B lift has given much thought and consideration into and hypens future direction and goals. Through in-depth discussions with each of the members about the future they envision and the direction of the team, it became clear that He Sung has his own distinct musical vision and we have decided to respect it. This is the official letter. As such, He Sung will be parting ways with Nhe Banen, and they will continue official activities henceforth as a six-member group. They're saying it's difficult to relay the whole process through a short notice, but this decision comes after extensive deliberation. We understand that this news is a lot to process and may be received with mixed reactions. Nevertheless, we hope you understand that this decision was made for the future of Enhypen and He Song. With everyone's best interests at heart, I guess.
SPEAKER_00We also need to remember that this group was created through an uh audition television show. Yeah. So probably, you know, this is my way to also just go solo. Maybe he already had plans in the future for himself as an artist and to, you know, get into the industry. He does say that in his letter. Okay. I I yeah, I hardly even read, you know, read it, but you know, it's yeah, it's it just makes it it just makes sense for him as a as an entertainer. You know, I like I just wanted to be in a group, but really I wanted to just do my own thing. He they also you know he's been in the group for six years. Usually around year number seven, things kind of start changing within the group. Seven year itch. Yeah. But it but he was just like, no, in the sixth year, I'm not in a kind of done. This is just me speculation and just thinking, you know. But you know, I I I if he this is what I'm not quoting him because I don't know, I don't know him. If I'm uh if I'm like him, I'm like, okay, I'm done. Uh I'm done with the group. I I gotta do something else. I'm done. You know, I like I'm bored, you know, he could be bored, or he just like does you know, doesn't have creative freedom if he's with a group, right?
SPEAKER_01Well, that's that's what B. Lift was saying was he has right a distinct vision and a direction he wants to go. And one of just a clip out of his actual letter, which again, this is in Soompi, he said, The six years I've spent have been filled with moments so overwhelming and precious that it's hard to fully put them into words. Thanks to the member who members who shared countless emotions with me and tell all of the fans who have always filled every empty space with your support, I was able to take a step after step towards a dream that once felt impossible to reach. So that sort of implies that yeah, his whole point was to do his own thing. And if you're in a group, it's sometimes harder. Other groups have done it, yes, and not survived the process. So maybe that's what they're thinking to avoid having anything, you know, slowly dissolve, just have him step away. Or he himself thought, if I just step away and pursue my stuff. But yeah, when you're in a group, it's harder to have as much control and freedom over what you're doing. So we don't know the whole backstory. Right. Like B-Lift said, it's hard to put it all into a short notice about this happening.
SPEAKER_00Exactly.
SPEAKER_01But like I said, the fans, the the conspiracy theories swirling around out there are Oh my god, I'm I'm sure off the hook.
SPEAKER_00I'm sure fans are like, you know, fans are gonna go cray cray. Um like, what's going on? No, they're very upset. The letters, the the board, yeah, you know, the the truck thingies that you said, the trucks with the NFL.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, they had trucks going out. Oh my god. Yeah. But he he does say that he will never forget the moments and wants to continue being someone who supports Nhyphen more than anyone else. So at least on his side, there's no better, bitter feelings. Right. Or at least he's masking it publicly. Right. So again, we don't know the behind the scenes what was really going on, where this all came from, but it is, yeah, it's definitely devastating when your fave leaves a group. All you can do is continue to support both. Is that what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_00Either both of he's if your fave's going solo, then just support yourself, you know. Support him, support your fave.
SPEAKER_01But if you like the whole group as a whole, yeah, continue to support who's left and you can see where what he's doing.
SPEAKER_00Exactly. If it gels with what you enjoy and we when the whole thing with Monster X happened, we still support both of them. We support one oh and we support Monster X. We like them as entertainers, we loved what they create as either group or as a solo artist. Jeez, when I am when solo, we're like we went and saw him solo.
SPEAKER_01Yes, that was good too.
SPEAKER_00I'm like, yes, which now he's the military.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and and that was another a weird case. Like he left the company but not the group, you know. I mean that like that was that whole thing was bizarre too. So yeah, these things happen, and people want, you know, so there are ones where maybe Juan Ho creatively wanted to go somewhere else, and again, that was our theory when we were talking to each other was that he just was like, Oh, well, this is my reason to leave, right? Instead of, you know, the drama of the group's breaking up, you know what I mean? Right. And this is how they're handling this one. He wanted to do solo endeavors, so we're letting him go do it. I don't know. It's a crazy world, the entertainment business and all these bands and groups and stuff. So and that might have, you know, it could have been uh, yeah, I don't know, creative differences with the company too. They're like, you don't fit in the group anymore. How's that? We want you know any it could be anything, but yeah, people, fans are yeah, freaking out, and all you can do is support everyone involved. Because it's gotta be hard for the rest of the group too, you know.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Or not just I guess yeah, it depends again.
SPEAKER_00Support their decision. I mean, if just think about this. If he was already having these feelings within the group and stayed in there just because he is in a group, I don't know. May you know, be when you're unhappy somewhere, you don't gonna give your 100% or you're just gonna fake it all the way until you're like can't have enough and just explode, you know? Yeah. Just if he's not happy, I'm just thinking if I mean if you're leaving, it's because you're not really happy with what's going on. It's his decision is like, I want to be happy, I want to create something. Uh uh maybe just don't feel happy anymore doing so let him be happy.
SPEAKER_01Well, he wanted to pursue solo like he said. Yeah. That's been his dream the whole time.
SPEAKER_00So he's not done with the industry, he just wants to do his own thing.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Wants to go off on his own.
Park Jin Young Leaves Director Role
SPEAKER_00So yes, it's it sucks that he's not gonna be with Nhypend. But I mean, hey, we're gonna see a side of him that he's been wanting to share with you with us. Exactly. Alrighty. Anything else? Oh, cool. For Nhypen? That's no we do have another one. I think this one I find comical. Park Jin Young resigns from his position as inside director at JYP Entertainment. People are like, is he gonna go weird again?
SPEAKER_01Well, yeah. Hasn't he done this before? Like, didn't he step down or something? I mean, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know what. Not exactly what it was, but like he had this whole different business, shall we say? It was it was weird.
SPEAKER_00He's he's a he's a person that has probably so many ideas running through his head, yeah. I gotta do them now, I gotta do this, and I gotta do he looks that that kind of person like I got this and then gotta do this. And then he just does it.
SPEAKER_01And then I got in the eyes. He's a little like on edge all the time. Like he has too much in his brain. Right. Some what's the next thing? What's the next thing? And I'm not disparaging him. It's just he's like, there's something about him. He's like always looking for something else to do, somewhere, somewhere else to speak to and this is probably a person who can't say, okay, I'm gonna do this and I'm done.
SPEAKER_00Okay, I'm done. That's the next thing. Okay, I'm doing it. It looks it just it just feels that way, you know. I don't know how his home life is. You know, like if he like that at home, or it's completely different. This is just only his like business side.
SPEAKER_01Uh well, he's just, I mean, he's always been sort of his own character.
SPEAKER_00Talk about a person uh going by the beat of his own drum.
SPEAKER_01Well, yeah, because remember what was he performing? Was it sweet dreams? Yes. At that event, and like the audience was just sort of like, what are we seeing?
SPEAKER_00I don't think it was just the choke the the the song that he chose is. No, no, no. I mean it was the cost.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. No, that's what I mean.
SPEAKER_00Like he was like JYP, like gone gaga style for some reason. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Well, it looked like a a wedding dress almost, but with the pants underneath. Like And it was all red, or those leisure suits for because it was all sequiny and sparkly, those party suits women in the 60s wore, you know, the pants with the long flowing jacket thing over it. I mean, it was the weirdest, and yeah, I think people were just like because he didn't straight up sing sweet dreams the way it was originally done either. So people were like, What are we seeing? It was like the penultimate performance art.
SPEAKER_00The thing is that do you know it's not the first time that he's been wearing outlands? Oh, yeah, no, no. I know. Like, this is his thing. Why are you shocked? You know, like you shouldn't be shocked. It's you have this is like the outfit that actually shocked you previous the other ones because remember the whole lawyer suit, he also wore one, you know.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I don't know. It was it was just seeing the audience, like people. I don't know if they were expecting something different, like were they thinking this isn't the place for this performance piece? Were they just surprised because he hadn't done this in a while? I mean, I was like, I don't know, it's pretty it's crazy, but it's fabulous, you know.
SPEAKER_00He was born to entertain. Yeah, yeah. That's for that's for sure. Marches to the beat of his own drama. Exactly. So well, he's no longer gonna be on he's no longer gonna be in the company that he has created from the ground up. So he to do his just you know doing his own thing. He's what he's doing. Let's see. After resigning from the position, Parking Young plans to focus on his creative work as an artist. Okay, nurturing junior artists, so he's not really a way, you know, helping other artists, you young artists to do their own thing, and uh taking on a new external initiative for the K-pop industry. May I don't know, maybe another company or just doing a management kind of thing.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I was thinking this sounds more like going into to management and sort of training on a less like lower level, right? Not being the head of the company and consultant directing everything.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that could be well, he's gonna, you know, also be an entertainer because he has you know creative work. He's doing more visual things.
SPEAKER_01Well, he's always like I said, that that that one thing was like complete performance art. Do you know what I mean? That that's what it was. So I think maybe that's where his vision is. He wants to be pop art, just pop art.
SPEAKER_00Which, yeah, yeah, go for it. I can't wait. It'll be interesting, whatever it is. Those people were saying, Oh, he's gonna do weird thing again. I'm like, he's been doing weird things. He's been doing weird things. Why why this is your first time actually being introduced to him? I mean, hello. This is not his, you know, no, that's his that's his thing.
SPEAKER_01Well, that's why I because I was trying to remember when he did that other thing, if he had stepped aside for br a brief amount of time or stepped out of the line. Like, I don't even or was that just another ongoing project while he was still in charge. I don't even know. Right, because it was so long ago.
SPEAKER_00I don't follow him that closely.
SPEAKER_01No, no, so except for when he pops up for doing something like wild.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, like he does something and people's like, oh, look what he's doing now.
SPEAKER_01You gotta give him snaps, you gotta give him respect for just being him. You know what I mean? He's like, Well, look at the hairstyle he's had for whatever 20 years. That's the ultimate, like, just shake your head, ruffle your hair around a little. There it is. It's bedhead, literally bedhead, you know. Let him do it.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, hey, whatever you know.
SPEAKER_01I I'm I'm I'm in for it. It's it'll be interesting to see exactly what it is that he's he's aiming for with the with the junior artist working in his own art, be that visual art, musical art, you know, whatever he's doing. I can't wait to see it. Because like he does, it's never subtle or small with him. It's almost like boom, here it is. It's like, look at me. Look at me. And that's that's some confidence, man. That's you know, hey, more power to it. So that's just I admire him a lot. A lot, a lot. Well, uh, that's why I was like, wait, I thought he had like stepped down, but apparently not.
SPEAKER_00Maybe he wasn't a as a maybe as a CEO. Yeah. Because this is just a creative, it's a completely different position.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that's just wild though.
My First Story Announces Hiatus
SPEAKER_00Yeah, let's go, J Wapi, let's go. I can't wait. Now, some sad news coming out from the J-Rock industry. Or yeah. Rock band My First Story announces hiatus. Family is destroyed because this is uh hello, this is you know, maybe baby Taka's baby brother. Now, Taka's baby brother is being married, so I was just thinking maybe he just wants to take time for family. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Because it did seem a little out of the blue.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So I said to family, maybe he just wants to have children and just being concentrated and you just don't wanna, you know, wanna be there as a family person. So my first story that it was uh in form in 2020 um 2011, I'm reading from um Tokyo Hybe. Uh members Hiro, Teru, Nob, and kids. The band marks their 15th uh anniversary this year. Following careful decision regarding their future activities, the members share that they came to. The conclusion that each of them needs time to face themselves and reflect individually. Okay. As such, my first story will enter a period of hiatus in order to recharge and pre prepare for what lies ahead. Uh, enclosing the Ban Express and Until We Meet Again. So that was announced on their ex Twitter on February 26th. So uh yeah, this is another, you know, just like he song, he's like, hey, I gotta do my thing. This is actually a whole group ongoing on hiatus. We know that he do have actually, you know, is married. Um, I'm sure the rest of the members are like, you know, we kinda like, you know, they got their own things.
SPEAKER_01So yeah, when they say like uh the group decided collectively that they that sounds sort of like everybody's wanting to uh branch out a little, maybe. You know, everybody wants to see where they like he song, where can I go on my own? Who knows? We hate the word hiatus, so lady, I don't know.
SPEAKER_00Every time we hear that we're like, oh didn't Vamp said that they're going on hiatus? And how how what has it been like 10 years or more since they say they're won? When was the last time we saw them? Yeah, wow, uh at least 10.
SPEAKER_0110 years to be on a 10-year hiatus, vamps, right? And I mean Hyde's off doing all kinds of solo stuff right now, anyways.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so yeah. It's I it's like, yeah, hiatus. Every time we hear that, we're like, come on, tell us the truth. Tell us the truth. What are you doing? Yeah, exactly. So is this hiatus gonna be like, hey, we're back, or like this hiatus is like, yeah, we're dissolving.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, oh god.
SPEAKER_00Um another group that we have not seen live because they never left Japan. My first story.
SPEAKER_01Oh, my first story. Okay, I'm like, what do you mean? We we sa No, my brain was stuck. Oh, you were still thinking of amps? Yeah, I was stuck there because that's who we were last talking about.
SPEAKER_00No, my first story, no, we just not gonna see them. No, no, they never left Japan. So, yeah, yum, yum, yum.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, depending on how this hiatus goes, we made our exactly.
The GazettE Removes Guitarist Aoi
SPEAKER_00Uh um, another group that we're like, I know this J-Rock group that we're like, what happened? It's the Gazette. Yes. Um, so um the Gazette group have actually thought of um Departing Ways with Aoi. We're like, okay. Um there's some several statements there from the group, um, very sounding very disappointing on him.
SPEAKER_01Well, one one particular is disappointed. The other two are a little more like, you know, everybody deals with grief in their own way. Every everybody deals with, you know, life in their own way. Overall, though, it was just yeah, basically another case of um the decision to part ways because creative differences, lifestyle differences, things like that, you know. Right. Do you have the full statement? Oh no, I do. Do you want to read any part of it?
SPEAKER_00I don't have that prepared. Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_01I thought you did. I did, and then I closed it because I thought, here, let me yes, I do have it here. This is from the official Gazette site. To everyone who has continued to support us, we would like to share an important announcement with everyone who has supported the Gazette. We have made the decision to remove guitarist AoE from the band and go our separate ways moving forward. All right, so in this statement, it's a little more I thought it was sort of everybody decided nope, they no the the decision to remove him. So situation began when AoE unilaterally stepped away from band activities and took actions that interfered with already scheduled releases and tours, along with repeated actions that undermined the trust within the band. Alright, that right there sort of answers our question. He became unreliable. In order to preserve the future of the Gazette, we repeatedly attempted to communicate with him directly, however, all such requests were declined, and communication eventually became limited to exchanges through his representative. During this time, not only were responsibilities that should normally have been carried out left unfulfilled, but there were also statements refusing participation in live performances, something that directly affects the trust we share with our fans, as well as reputed demands regarding financial matters that we could not reasonably accept. Furthermore, information that differed from the facts was communicated externally without our agreement, and even important matters related to a deceased member were handled in ways we found deeply inappropriate. So it developed into a situation that we could not overlook, including concerns related to confidentiality. So facing a situation that threatened the continuation of the Gazette, both the members and staff were placed under immense emotional strain. After careful consideration, we ultimately concluded that it would be impossible for us to continue sharing the same vision and standing on the same stage together. Regarding our future activities, we intend to continue moving forward without stopping. As for the releases that had previously been scheduled, we will review them and once again provide further details once plans have been finalized. We remain committed to protecting our activities and continuing to deliver music to everyone who loves and supports the Gazette. And that was on March 10th. Wow. So that's quite a statement.
SPEAKER_00Uh yeah. This week has been crazy, right? It's been dark.
SPEAKER_01And also, just so everyone knows, that is a translation.
SPEAKER_00So you can find that on the uh gazette.com and their news, uh the translated uh letter from the the gazette. Yeah. Uh yeah. And of course, if you follow them on their social medias, you will find their own statements as well. Yeah, that that was where I saw the so um yeah. We wish always some get better. I don't know.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I was gonna say maybe some healing time, some reflection time. Yeah. You know, and that's of course also one side of things.
SPEAKER_00Exactly.
SPEAKER_01All of the reasons behind you know, there could be a lot more going on than everyone knows, but it's just sad.
SPEAKER_00It is all of these, like, yeah, as you were saying, everybody leaving, leaving. Yeah, they're moving on. I mean, the cassette's been around for years.
SPEAKER_01Years, geez. Yeah, I was gonna say it's been like ten years since we saw them, too, right? Right. Oh my god. Yeah, maybe we saw them a little more recent, but it's been a while. It has a long time. Yeah. So yeah, we have hiatuses, disbandments, yeah, members leaving, moving on. Wow.
A Marriage Announcement Brightens Things
SPEAKER_00Was there any good um not for the J-Rock and not for Japan? Um well, I think somebody got pregnant. Oh yeah. Momoiro Clover Z from the the group uh Ayaka Sasaki announces marriage actually, not not pregnancy. But she is getting married, but you know, sometimes when you get married, you get also pregnant, anyways. Uh so um idol group Momo Momoiro Clover Z, member Ayaka Sasaki, uh, better known as Adding, has announced her marriage. But she is not the only one married, as we know. So she said she expressed, I'm able to reach this milestone in my life thanks to the support of everyone around me. I will continue to do my best while never forgetting my gratitude. It will make me happy if you will please continue to support me. Aw, I mean, why not? You know, unless you you leave. But you know, pe you know, entertainers, you know, people in the industry are also people. You know, they fall in love, they get sick, you know, they have children and marriage and divorce, too. I mean, they're people, they're people. So I hey, congratulations to her.
SPEAKER_01Yes, exactly.
Idol YouTube Era And Soft Sides
SPEAKER_00You know, excuse me so I guess that's a uh uh happy thing right there. Uh there was another sad news for the J-Rock industry, but I don't think we want to talk about that. That came out a while ago, though. 18 days ago, more or less, somebody who was very loved too. Talk about lunacy, yes, yes, uh Toma Ikura launches YouTube channel. If you want to check him out. And a TikTok account. What is his what is he gonna do? Well, if he's any like Kamenash, which now I'm following him. The one that I'm like, oh no, he's scary. I don't know about Kamenash. Now I'm like I'm looking at his YouTube. You know, the last episode that I saw him, he was cooking for his mom. Oh my gosh, my god, his mom has a deep voice that I was like, whoa mama. Unless they have it distorted because yet they didn't show her. They had like a little bit more. Remember with Nino, there was this big old bubble on him. So they had something like that saying, like, think comin' mama. I was like, oh.
SPEAKER_01So maybe they disguised her voice, or she's just reached a point where she's like, gonna give my real voice.
SPEAKER_00So this is so cool though. So the bubble sometimes will be next to it. See, she will be seated somewhere, but then he's cooking, I think he was cooking white curry for his mom. So at one point she gets up next to him to help him do something. She's so tiny. Because I was like, wow, Kamenash is towering over his mom. I was like, now I gotta see this lady. She's gonna be so cute. So so you I was like, oh, that is so sweet. So yes, this is what I'm doing. I don't know, maybe he'll do something like that. Or but Kaminash is doing a lot with food, and I'm like, yeah, he knows how to get my heart. He's talking about food and being silly. He's completely different on his YouTube channel, completely different.
SPEAKER_01As you know, when we see him on stage, oh, from his cartoon persona stage persona, yes, it's completely different.
SPEAKER_00That yeah, I'm like, wow, why you were not showing that on stage? Well, okay, I get it now. And but in real life, he's such a cute, he's so softy. He's okay, I'm a common ash person now, okay?
SPEAKER_01Okay, he's not so scary when he's cooking for his mom, huh? No, oh my god, was he the sweetest?
Arashi Final Tour Hopes And FOMO
SPEAKER_00I love this. You know, when you when you meet a guy and they're that sweet with their mom and attentive and loving, and this, I'm like, okay, this is the guy you really want to be with, you know. If they take care of their mom like that, yes, yes, yes, definitely. That's the man you wanna start dating. You know, that's the man you want. So Kamenash, oh my goodness, you got my heart right there. It's just like, oh my god, love him. Love, love, love. Just like my canteen. My canteen's very sweet with his mom, even though he's like this this woman, you know, tortures me, but I still it's my mom, I love her. And I'm like, I'm your mom too. I love you. Good for you. Just give me a chance. Uh, anyways, let's leave it like that because I don't can't find anything else. Yeah. That it will be good news this week for ransom rambling. Dark week. Yeah, it was.
SPEAKER_01We can just to throw in there again, RSH is doing their final tour ever.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Before they I saw the pictures from I saw one that, of course, is you know, it's it's Hokkaido and it's snowy, just like over here. Somebody had put their Ichuas and snow and just took it. I was like, oh, that is so cool. That is so cool. And you know, everybody's sharing their little, you know, RC stuff. And thank you, thank you, thank you, orations for showing. And some people have actually just translated some things and put it out there. Of course, you cannot take videos of it, but you know, they're like, oh, Ono said this, and then I'm like, oh well, somebody's filming it.
SPEAKER_01There'll be a DVD, I'm sure. There better be. Blu-ray DVD. We want a live stream, we won.
SPEAKER_00We want a live stream. Come on, give us that, June, please, June, come on. We need to see your Mr. Divinous, exactly, and Nino being a crown with Iba. And the and the strong and stoic show. Oh, god, I love him. You know, when he gets like, oh, yes, and of course they're sweet, Ono. Come on, Sarah needs to see Ono. Come on.
SPEAKER_01Yes, I do. I wanna just a glimpse. She needs to see her boy, her man. Yes. Because it might be the last time unless I go over to Japan.
SPEAKER_00Just wander the streets. Lady, when I saw those pictures that people out there outside of the uh of the venue in in Hokkaido, I'm like, you know, nothing is stopping me on getting on a plane and just getting over there and just being in front of the venue. Well, other than money and work and some adulting responsibilities. Yes, I guess that's it. Unless I just want to go poor and you know, go not poor, but bankrupt. Just for one day. I don't know. Well, not even one day. Just for how many hours that to take me to that one place to take pictures of the outside of the tour, of the dump tour, whatever.
SPEAKER_01Give yourself, yeah, maybe like a five-hour window of when things start, people start gathering to the end of the show, and then yeah. So that's it's a big bank roll for five hours. Five hours. Oh my god. I just picked yourself five hours. So yeah. I'm uh I'm dying to know what the the sets are like and what the concept, you know, the costumes and everything for this final Yes. Last hurrah from Arashi.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, exactly. Are they going to recycle old outfits?
SPEAKER_01Are they, you know, yeah, is it like retrospective from beginning to end, you know?
SPEAKER_00Like we have no knowledge of concept. We need to know. Sarah is joking over there. Don't joke, Sarah. It's okay. Oh my goodness. Because we get that excited. All right. So, Arians, thank you for sharing what you have out there, you know.
SPEAKER_01Not not with pictures, but no, but outside the pictures and whatever, and whatever you well, just yeah, and descriptions of you know what's what's going on, the excitement, the energy, and all that. So lucky everyone who gets to see them. Yes. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_00All right. That still ended like sadly.
SPEAKER_01Well, it's not really sad. We were laughing about it. June's divinous, you know.

SPEAKER_00Yeah. By some reason, a group episode keeps being like heavily listened to. Keeps popping up into the top again. Into the top three. As uh also with Fujika Seh Matsuri to the soul.
SPEAKER_01Well, because he was doing some new project. Sure. And they they were too, actually. Something new in the works with them. So maybe that's why people are, you know, when you get excited for something coming up, you reach out for anything related to them. I just want to say thanks.

SPEAKER_01Oh, to that thing? No, I did not yet.
SPEAKER_00I meant to, and then I know you said like, should I dare?
SPEAKER_01And I'm like, I was gonna do it while I was at work, but then I was doing reports and it was too much.
SPEAKER_00So I think it would have been best because then you would have concentrated on the reports because you're gonna be like, really. Really? Oh. That bad, huh?
